Description

If you're someone who anticipates problems before they appear, ensures everyone stays aligned without prompting, and finds satisfaction in being the reason operations run smoothly, this role is for you.

This position is responsible for the entire post-LOI real estate workflow: from ensuring essential documentation reaches completion to orchestrating inspections, managing landlord communications, facilitating internal transitions, and organizing executive site visits. You won't be here simply to observe. You'll ensure nothing falls through the cracks, no deadlines slip, and every stakeholder receives what they require to convert a vacant property into a fully functioning school — on schedule.

You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization founded on a transformative premise: students absorb more during two concentrated hours than in a conventional eight-hour school day. As we launch schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational backbone of every opening — empowering the real estate team to pursue growth while you ensure flawless execution through to completion.

If you excel at transforming disorder into seamless coordination, we'd like to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing post-LOI landlord engagement: collecting documents, scheduling inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining continuous follow-through — with no missed details.
  • Directing internal workflows across Operations, Treasury, and Legal — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they need to move forward without interruption.
  • Maintaining live document tracking, organized file systems, and up-to-date deal statuses — ensuring all stakeholders reference one accurate, current information source.
  • Organizing executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize every trip.
  • Executing internal real estate events and school openings — confirming venues, site access, materials, and participant coordination are finalized and launch-ready.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting status updates from others — you'll control the tracker and establish clarity from the outset.
  • Expecting direction on your next task — this role requires proactive individuals who anticipate needs several steps in advance.
  • Designing presentation materials or shaping real estate strategy — your focus is operational delivery, not proposal development or deal structuring.
  • Overseeing lengthy pre-LOI closing procedures — your responsibility begins after the LOI is signed, not before.
  • Hand-holding stakeholders — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to navigate conflict, provide constructive pushback when appropriate, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee that all operational, legal, and logistical activities from LOI execution through lease finalization are completed swiftly, precisely, and without revision, facilitating accelerated property integration and school openings.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing intricate, multi-phase logistics in high-velocity environments
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease provisions
  • Demonstrated capability to sustain organized digital filing systems with logical structure and version management
  • Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional correspondence and stakeholder notifications
  • Documented ownership of cross-departmental initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and outputs
  • Track record of automating or streamlining repetitive processes using fundamental tools or systems
  • Competent with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative trackers, scheduling tools, and communication applications
  • Available to travel up to 50% as required
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
