Description

If you're someone who preemptively solves problems, ensures everyone stays aligned without prompting, and finds satisfaction in being the operational backbone that makes things run smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

This position takes ownership of the real estate process after the Letter of Intent (LOI) is signed: managing everything from finalizing essential documents to arranging inspections, coordinating with landlords, orchestrating internal transitions, and organizing executive site visits. You're not hired to observe. You're hired to guarantee nothing falls through the cracks, timelines remain intact, and every team has what they require to convert an empty property into a fully functioning school — without delay.

You'll become part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education organization founded on a compelling premise: students accomplish more learning in two concentrated hours than during a conventional eight-hour school day. As we establish schools nationwide, you'll serve as the operational force behind every opening — allowing the real estate team to concentrate on growth while you ensure flawless execution through to completion.

If you excel at transforming disorder into seamless coordination, we'd like to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing post-LOI landlord interactions: gathering documents, scheduling inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining consistent follow-through — with no loose ends.
  • Directing internal inquiries across Operations, Treasury, and Legal departments — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they need for timely execution.
  • Maintaining live document tracking, organized file systems, and current deal status — providing all stakeholders with a unified, up-to-date reference point.
  • Arranging executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, schedules, and site preparation to optimize every visit's value.
  • Orchestrating internal real estate gatherings and school openings — confirming venues, access arrangements, materials, and participant availability are secured and prepared.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting status reports — you'll control the tracking system and establish clarity from the start.
  • Waiting for direction on next steps — this position requires proactive individuals who anticipate needs ahead of time.
  • Producing polished presentations or shaping real estate strategy — your responsibility centers on execution, not promotional materials or deal structuring.
  • Handling extended, protracted closing procedures — your emphasis is on everything following the LOI, not what precedes it.
  • Hand-holding stakeholders — you'll possess the emotional intelligence to navigate tension, challenge appropriately when necessary, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.

Key responsibilities

Guarantee that all operational, legal, and logistical activities between LOI signing and lease execution are executed swiftly, precisely, and without requiring revisions, facilitating accelerated property integration and school launches.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating complex, multi-step logistics in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate documents such as LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease terms
  • Proven ability to maintain well-organized digital file systems with clear structure and version control
  • Strong written communication skills — especially for professional follow-ups and stakeholder updates
  • Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • History of automating or systematizing recurring tasks using basic tools or workflows
  • Proficient with tools like Google Drive, shared trackers, calendars, and messaging platforms
  • Willing to travel up to 50% as needed
  • Located in the U.S. and eligible to work without visa sponsorship
