Description

If you're the type of person who anticipates problems before they land on the calendar, keeps everyone in the loop proactively, and feels genuine satisfaction when operations run seamlessly, this role may be for you.

You will own the real estate workflow following LOI execution: shepherding essential documents to completion, orchestrating inspections, managing landlord coordination, handling internal transitions, and organizing executive site visits. Your purpose isn't administrative support. Your purpose is ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, timelines stay intact, and stakeholders have everything required to convert an empty property into a functioning school — precisely on schedule.

You will be part of 2 Hour Learning, a rapidly expanding education company founded on a distinctive premise: students absorb more knowledge in two concentrated hours than during a conventional eight-hour school day. As we launch schools nationwide, you will serve as the operational driver behind each opening — allowing the real estate team to pursue growth while you ensure flawless execution through the finish line.

If you excel at converting disorder into structured coordination, we would like to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Overseeing post-LOI landlord interactions: gathering documents, arranging inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining follow-through — with complete accountability and no lost details.
  • Channeling internal requests among Ops, Treasury, and Legal — guaranteeing teams receive precisely what they require to move forward without interruption.
  • Maintaining live document tracking, organized file structures, and deal progress visibility — ensuring every participant references one consistent, up-to-date information source.
  • Organizing executive site visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize every visit's impact.
  • Orchestrating internal real estate events and school opening activities — confirming venues, entry arrangements, materials, and participant coordination are secured and ready.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Requesting status updates — you will control the tracking system and establish clarity from the outset.
  • Waiting for direction on next steps — this position requires self-starters who anticipate needs several moves ahead.
  • Designing presentations or shaping real estate strategy — your domain is operational execution, not proposal development or deal structuring.
  • Overseeing lengthy closing workflows — your concentration is everything following LOI signature, not preceding it.
  • Hand-holding stakeholders — you will possess the emotional intelligence to navigate friction, assert boundaries appropriately, and maintain alignment without requiring escalation.

Key responsibilities

Confirm that all operational, legal, and logistical requirements between LOI execution and lease finalization are fulfilled promptly, precisely, and without revision, facilitating accelerated property integration and school launch timelines.

Candidate requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase logistics in high-velocity environments
  • Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease provisions
  • Demonstrated capability to manage structured digital filing systems with logical organization and version management
  • Excellent written communication abilities — particularly for professional follow-through and stakeholder correspondence
  • Established track record of owning cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and outputs
  • Experience automating or standardizing repetitive processes using foundational tools or systems
  • Competent with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative trackers, scheduling tools, and communication software
  • Available to travel up to 50% as required
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship
