Description

You architect supply chains that expand reliably—without emergency interventions, last-second rescues, or patchwork spreadsheet systems. You think in frameworks and want to engineer a worldwide delivery infrastructure that furnishes new campuses on schedule and within predictable budgets.

Join 2 Hour Learning Schools to take full ownership of the integrated supply, warehouse, and logistics architecture that enables every campus launch. This position centers on operational system design, strategic vendor relationships, and AI-powered transparency—not transactional purchasing or back-office clerical work. You will construct the frameworks, automation tooling, and supplier ecosystem that allow 2 Hour Learning to launch schools internationally with zero mission-critical supply disruptions.

Why this moment matters: 2 Hour Learning is accelerating campus expansion and requires one leader to transform repeated site launches into a consistent, automated deployment program. Success is defined by fewer shocks, disciplined cost control, and real-time dashboards that surface accurate data instantly.

If you engineer dependable supply infrastructures, enforce vendor accountability through clear SLAs, and leverage automation to eliminate reactive troubleshooting, we want to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and formalizing a scalable international supply, warehousing, and third-party logistics framework that enables fast campus deployment
  • Establishing and monitoring SLAs, negotiating vendor agreements, and maintaining live performance metrics for suppliers and logistics collaborators
  • Building and implementing AI-augmented procurement and tracking platforms that predict inventory gaps and automate order fulfillment processes
  • Leading delivery execution for campus rollouts, managing kitting and transportation logistics, and confirming site preparedness via inspections and on-ground verification

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing one-off purchase requests or repetitive logistics tasks without accountability for the underlying delivery framework
  • Overseeing unconnected operations or financial responsibilities beyond FF&E and material delivery
  • Continuously putting out fires using spreadsheet-based tracking and manual progress reporting
  • Operating in a role where vendor responsibility is ambiguous or oversight is reactive

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that timely, budget-conscious, and scalable provisioning of all equipment and materials needed for new 2 Hour Learning Schools campuses is achieved, guaranteeing operational launch readiness and AI-powered efficiency across global sites.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years in supply chain management, logistics operations, FF&E coordination, 3PL partnerships, or manufacturing operations, with experience managing outsourced warehouse or logistics vendors at scale
  • Demonstrated history of architecting data-informed operational enhancements and presenting findings via executive briefings or client communications
  • Confident making operational calls with partial data and accepting full accountability for results, including direct client engagement during escalations
  • Active application of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for analytical tasks, process streamlining, or operational workflow design, with concrete examples from professional work
  • Track record of succeeding in high-velocity growth settings (>50% year-over-year expansion), mastering unfamiliar domains quickly, and constructing scalable operations under time constraints
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and able to travel domestically 10–20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and kit assembly for education or retail expansion projects
  • History connecting procurement platforms with ERP or transportation management systems
  • Knowledge of applying generative AI or machine learning tools to demand planning and anomaly identification
  • Previous roles in rapid-growth, fast-deployment environments where systematic process improvements displaced manual intervention
