Description

You architect supply chain systems that scale predictably—no last-minute scrambles, no heroics, and no spreadsheets held together with hope. You think in systems and aim to build a global logistics engine that delivers what every new campus needs, on time and on budget.

Join 2 Hour Learning Schools and take full ownership of the supply, warehousing, and distribution framework that enables campus expansion. This is a role rooted in systems architecture, vendor accountability, and AI-powered transparency—not routine purchasing or administrative backfill. You will construct the models, automation layer, and partner ecosystem that allow 2 Hour Learning to launch schools worldwide without supply-chain bottlenecks.

Why this matters now: 2 Hour Learning is opening campuses rapidly and requires one accountable leader to transform ad-hoc site launches into a repeatable, automated delivery engine. Success looks like fewer emergencies, leaner budgets, and real-time dashboards that tell the truth.

If you design dependable supply systems, enforce vendor SLAs with rigor, and deploy automation to eliminate manual firefighting, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and documenting a global supply, warehousing, and third-party logistics model designed to support accelerated campus rollouts
  • Establishing and enforcing service-level agreements, negotiating vendor contracts, and operating performance dashboards that track supplier and logistics partner delivery
  • Building and implementing AI-augmented procurement and visibility platforms that anticipate shortages and automate order fulfillment processes
  • Directing delivery operations for new campus launches, managing kitting and freight coordination, and confirming site readiness via audits and field validation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing one-off purchase orders or handling routine administrative logistics without system-level accountability
  • Overseeing unrelated operational or financial activities beyond FF&E and materials delivery
  • Fighting fires indefinitely using spreadsheet trackers and manual progress reports
  • Operating in a role where vendor accountability is ambiguous or oversight is reactive

Key responsibilities

This role exists to ensure that all materials required for new 2 Hour Learning Schools campuses are delivered on time, within budget, and at scale—guaranteeing operational readiness and AI-enabled efficiency across a global footprint.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, FF&E, third-party logistics, or manufacturing operations, with a track record managing outsourced logistics or warehouse partners at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to design data-informed operational enhancements and present findings through executive reports or client-facing updates
  • Comfortable making operational calls with partial information and accepting full accountability for results, including direct client engagement when problems occur
  • Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, process automation, or workflow improvement, supported by concrete examples from professional work
  • Proven success in high-growth settings (>50% annual growth), rapid mastery of unfamiliar domains, and building scalable systems under time constraints
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and able to travel domestically 10–20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and site kitting for education or retail deployments
  • Track record integrating procurement platforms with ERP or transportation management systems
  • Experience applying generative AI or machine learning models to demand forecasting and anomaly detection
  • Prior contributions in high-velocity, rapid-rollout organizations where process automation displaced manual effort
