Description

You build supply chain systems that expand predictably—without last-second scrambles, improvised workarounds, or fragile spreadsheet dependencies. You think in systems and aim to construct a global fulfillment capability that delivers campuses on schedule and within budget, consistently.

Join 2 Hour Learning Schools to take full ownership of the supply, warehousing, and logistics architecture that enables every new campus launch. This position centers on system architecture, vendor governance, and AI-powered transparency—not transactional purchasing or routine back-office tasks. You will engineer the frameworks, automation tools, and supplier ecosystem that allow 2 Hour Learning to launch schools worldwide without critical supply chain breakdowns.

Why now: 2 Hour Learning is expanding campuses rapidly and requires one senior leader to convert recurring site launches into a standardized, automated fulfillment operation. Success is measured by reduced volatility, controlled spending, and real-time dashboards that surface accurate status.

If you design dependable supply operations, enforce vendor commitments through measurable service levels, and deploy automation to eliminate reactive management, we should talk.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and documenting a scalable global supply, warehousing, and third-party logistics framework that enables fast campus rollouts
  • Establishing and enforcing service level agreements, negotiating supplier contracts, and maintaining performance dashboards for logistics and procurement partners
  • Building and implementing AI-augmented procurement and tracking systems that predict shortages and automate order fulfillment processes
  • Leading delivery execution for campus openings, orchestrating kitting and freight operations, and confirming site readiness via audits and field verification

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing one-off purchasing tasks or routine logistics administration without strategic ownership of the supply system
  • Overseeing unrelated operational or financial activities beyond FF&E and supply delivery
  • Constantly reacting to problems using spreadsheet tracking and manual status reporting
  • Operating in a role where vendor accountability is ambiguous or oversight is hands-off

Key responsibilities

This role ensures on-time, cost-effective, and scalable delivery of all materials necessary for new 2 Hour Learning Schools campuses, guaranteeing operational readiness and AI-enabled efficiency at global scale.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, FF&E, 3PL, or manufacturing operations, including oversight of outsourced logistics or warehouse partners at scale
  • Demonstrated history of designing data-informed operational enhancements and presenting findings through executive-level reports or client communications
  • Confident making operational decisions with partial information and accepting accountability for results, including direct client engagement when problems occur
  • Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, process automation, or workflow enhancement, with concrete examples of professional application
  • Track record of succeeding in high-growth settings (>50% annual growth), quickly mastering unfamiliar domains, and creating scalable systems under time constraints
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and able to travel domestically 10–20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and site kitting for education or retail expansions
  • History of integrating procurement platforms with ERP or TMS systems
  • Knowledge of applying generative AI or machine learning models to demand forecasting and exception identification
  • Previous roles in high-growth, rapid-deployment environments where systematic processes displaced manual effort
