Description

You engineer supply chains that grow smoothly—no last-second rescues, no improvised spreadsheets holding everything together. You are a systems architect ready to construct a worldwide delivery infrastructure that consistently outfits new campuses on schedule and within budget.

Join 2 Hour Learning Schools to lead the complete supply, warehousing, and logistics framework enabling every campus launch. This position centers on system architecture, vendor governance, and AI-powered transparency—not routine procurement or back-office tasks. You will create the frameworks, automation layers, and supplier ecosystem that allow 2 Hour Learning to establish schools internationally with zero supply-chain disruptions on the critical path.

Why this moment matters: 2 Hour Learning is accelerating campus expansion and requires one accountable leader to transform recurring site launches into a standardized, automated fulfillment operation. Success will be measured by reduced volatility, controlled expenses, and real-time dashboards that surface accurate status.

If you construct dependable supply frameworks, enforce quantifiable vendor SLAs, and deploy automation to eliminate reactive troubleshooting, we want to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and documenting a scalable international supply, warehousing, and third-party logistics framework that enables accelerated campus rollouts
  • Establishing and enforcing service-level agreements, negotiating vendor contracts, and operating performance dashboards for suppliers and logistics providers
  • Building and implementing AI-augmented procurement and tracking systems that predict inventory gaps and automate order workflows
  • Leading delivery execution for campus openings, orchestrating kitting and freight operations, and confirming site readiness via audits and field verification

What you will NOT be doing

  • Handling one-off purchasing requests or routine logistics administration without end-to-end system accountability
  • Overseeing unrelated operational or financial areas beyond FF&E and supply delivery
  • Constantly reacting to emergencies using spreadsheet-based tracking and manual status reporting
  • Operating in a position where vendor accountability is ambiguous or oversight is hands-off

Key responsibilities

This role ensures on-time, cost-controlled, and scalable fulfillment of all materials necessary for new 2 Hour Learning Schools campuses, guaranteeing operational readiness and AI-enabled efficiency on a global scale.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, FF&E, 3PL, or manufacturing operations, including oversight of outsourced logistics or warehouse partners at scale
  • Demonstrated track record of architecting data-informed operational enhancements and delivering insights via executive reports or client briefings
  • Confidence making operational choices with imperfect data and accepting accountability for results, including direct client engagement when challenges occur
  • Consistent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, process automation, or workflow refinement, supported by examples of real-world application in work settings
  • Proven success in high-growth contexts (>50% annual growth), quickly mastering unfamiliar domains, and establishing scalable systems under tight timelines
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and able to travel domestically 10–20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and site kitting for education or retail expansions
  • History of connecting procurement platforms with ERP or transportation management systems
  • Knowledge of applying generative AI or machine learning models to demand forecasting and anomaly identification
  • Past roles in rapid-growth, fast-deployment settings where process standardization displaced manual effort
