Description

You are a systems thinker who builds supply chains that scale reliably—without last-minute firefighting, manual workarounds, or fragile spreadsheets. Your focus is creating a global delivery engine that equips new campuses on time, on budget, and with full visibility.

2 Hour Learning Schools is seeking a leader to own the complete supply, warehousing, and logistics architecture that enables every campus launch. This position centers on system design, vendor accountability, and AI-powered operational intelligence—not transactional purchasing or administrative tasks. You will establish the frameworks, automation, and partner ecosystems that allow 2 Hour Learning to open schools worldwide without supply chain bottlenecks.

The moment is now: 2 Hour Learning is expanding campuses rapidly and requires a single accountable executive to transform site launches from ad hoc events into a repeatable, automated delivery program. Success is defined by predictable outcomes, controlled costs, and real-time dashboards that surface the truth.

If you engineer resilient supply systems, enforce vendor performance through measurable SLAs, and deploy automation to eliminate manual intervention, we want to speak with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting and documenting a scalable, global supply chain, warehousing, and third-party logistics model to enable rapid campus expansion
  • Establishing and enforcing supplier SLAs, negotiating partnership agreements, and maintaining performance dashboards for logistics and procurement partners
  • Building and implementing AI-augmented procurement and visibility platforms that predict material shortages and automate order fulfillment processes
  • Leading delivery execution for campus openings, managing kitting and freight coordination, and ensuring site readiness through field audits and verification protocols

What you will NOT be doing

  • Executing one-off purchasing tasks or handling routine logistics administration without owning the underlying delivery architecture
  • Overseeing unrelated operational or finance functions beyond FF&E and supply chain delivery
  • Spending your days firefighting with manual spreadsheet tracking and ad hoc status reporting
  • Operating in a role where vendor accountability is unclear or oversight is purely passive

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that all materials required for new 2 Hour Learning Schools campuses are delivered on time, within budget, and at scale—guaranteeing operational readiness through AI-driven efficiency and globally scalable systems.

Candidate requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, FF&E, 3PL, or manufacturing operations, with a track record managing outsourced logistics or warehouse partnerships at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to design data-driven operational enhancements and present insights through executive reporting or client-facing communications
  • Proven capacity to make operational decisions under uncertainty and own outcomes, including direct client engagement when challenges emerge
  • Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data analysis, process automation, or workflow improvement, with tangible examples from professional experience
  • Success in high-growth environments (>50% annual growth), with the ability to rapidly learn new domains and build scalable systems under time pressure
  • Based in the U.S., authorized to work without visa sponsorship, and able to travel domestically 10–20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E) and site kitting for education or retail deployments
  • History of integrating procurement platforms with ERP or TMS systems
  • Knowledge of applying generative AI or machine learning models to demand forecasting and exception monitoring
  • Experience in fast-scaling, rapid-rollout environments where automation replaced manual processes
