This position will place you at the center of America's fastest-growing private school network, responsible for deal execution that drives expansion.
You will source sites, negotiate lease agreements, and oversee broker pipelines spanning multiple cities, asset categories, and campus sizes—from 25-student facilities to 1,000-student campuses—operating with speed and accuracy. This is not a support or coordination function. You will independently source, evaluate, and finalize sites across diverse asset types, exercising genuine decision authority without layers of corporate approval.
2 Hour Learning is constructing a national school presence, and this role is the engine behind that growth—establishing a scalable, repeatable system for site identification and campus activation. Your work will directly enable new campus openings by locking down high-caliber sites and executing leases with consistency, velocity, and scale. The organization requires an individual capable of making weekly go/no-go decisions, finalizing transactions in days rather than weeks, and mobilizing broker networks to generate qualified opportunities. You will leverage AI-powered tools to surpass the efficiency of conventional real estate operations.
