You are not looking for a role where you answer tickets. You are looking to take ownership of the systems that keep an organization operational. If you have managed endpoint fleets, SaaS access, and procurement under real deadlines, this position will feel like a natural progression. If you prefer low-velocity IT environments where change is minimal and launch timelines are not your concern, this is not the right fit.
2 Hour Learning is expanding a new K-12 model built on AI-driven personalized learning. As campuses come online at a consistent pace, the margin between "ready" and "not ready" often comes down to fundamental operational execution: the correct devices, provisioned and enrolled; the correct SaaS licenses, active and assigned; the correct communications tools, configured and tested.
In this position, you will manage device procurement from Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; oversee MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning workflows; handle SaaS accounts and renewals across 14+ platforms; and deliver the campus technology onboarding playbook (including Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will document what succeeds, refine the SOPs, and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.
If you seek clear ownership, measurable results, and the momentum of an expanding school network, we would like to speak with you.
This role ensures that every campus opens and operates on time because devices, SaaS access, and launch technology systems are completely provisioned and functional before day one.
