You're not interested in answering tickets all day. You want to manage the systems that keep an organization operational. If you've managed endpoint environments, SaaS administration, and procurement under real launch pressure, this position represents a meaningful next step. If you're drawn to slower IT environments where nothing evolves and deadlines belong to others, this won't be the right match.
2 Hour Learning is expanding a new approach to K-12 education driven by AI-powered personalized learning. As campuses open at a consistent pace, the line between "launch-ready" and "not ready" often comes down to operational fundamentals: correct devices, enrolled and provisioned; correct SaaS licenses, assigned and active; correct communication systems, tested and configured.
You will oversee device purchasing from Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; manage MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning processes; administer SaaS subscriptions and renewals spanning 14+ platforms; and carry out the campus technology launch playbook (covering Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will capture what succeeds, refine the standard operating procedures, and leverage AI tools to automate recurring tasks.
If you're seeking direct ownership, quantifiable results, and the momentum of an expanding school network, we want to hear from you.
This position ensures that every campus launch and ongoing operation stays on schedule because devices, SaaS access, and core technology systems are completely provisioned and operational before opening day.
