2 Hour Learning is expanding a new approach to K-12 education powered by AI-driven personalized learning. As new campuses open on a consistent schedule, the gap between "ready" and "not ready" often comes down to fundamental operational execution: the correct devices, provisioned and enrolled; the correct SaaS licenses, active and assigned; the correct communication tools, configured and tested.
In this position, you will manage device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; oversee MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning workflows; handle SaaS accounts and renewals across 14+ platforms; and implement the campus technology onboarding playbook (including Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will document successful processes, refine the SOPs, and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

What you will be doing
- Manage end-to-end device procurement across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, monitoring lead times and delivery schedules to ensure campuses receive what they need ahead of launch dates
- Provision, image, enroll, and manage the lifecycle of student and staff devices via an MDM platform, maintaining accurate asset records across all campuses
- Oversee SaaS accounts, permissions, and licenses across 14+ platforms, staying ahead of utilization thresholds and renewal timelines to avoid access interruptions
- Implement the new-campus technology onboarding playbook, staging devices, provisioning systems, and configuring Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms in advance of day one
- Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and launch checklists, refining them with each campus onboarding and automating recurring steps using AI tools
What you will NOT be doing
- Spending your days as a queue-driven helpdesk agent whose performance is measured by ticket count
- Designing long-term IT architecture or debating strategy while launch dates slip
- Managing ad-hoc purchasing without inventory visibility, vendor coordination, or documented specifications
- Waiting for others to document the process (you will make launches repeatable, not reliant on institutional memory)
Key responsibilities
This role ensures that every campus opens and operates on schedule because devices, SaaS access, and launch technology systems are fully provisioned and operational before day one.
Candidate requirements
- Currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- Willing and able to travel periodically to US campuses
- Experience administering an MDM (mobile device management) platform such as ManageEngine, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting end-user devices (laptops or tablets), including provisioning/imaging and troubleshooting
- Experience administering SaaS platforms, including account provisioning, permissions management, and license management
- Experience coordinating hardware procurement and delivery logistics and/or running asset tracking workflows
- Evidence of creating or maintaining operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, or playbooks
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to troubleshoot technical problems or automate repetitive operational workflows
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a distributed, multi-site environment where inventory, spares, and repairs must be managed across locations
- Strong track record of building simple automations that reduce manual provisioning and reporting work
- Experience configuring or administering communication tools such as Google Voice, Zoom Phone, or Zoom Rooms
