Description

You are not looking to field tickets all day. You want to manage the systems that keep an organization operational. If you have overseen endpoint deployments, SaaS administration, and procurement under real launch pressure, this role offers a meaningful challenge. If you prefer static IT environments where timelines are not your concern, this is not the right match.

2 Hour Learning is expanding a new K-12 model driven by AI-powered personalized learning. As campuses open on a consistent schedule, operational readiness comes down to fundamentals: devices delivered, configured, and enrolled; SaaS licenses purchased and allocated; communication tools deployed and verified.

Your role will include managing device orders from Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo; overseeing MDM (mobile device management) and provisioning processes; handling SaaS account and renewal administration across 14+ platforms; and deploying campus technology onboarding protocols (including Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms). You will capture what succeeds, refine standard operating procedures, and leverage AI tools to streamline recurring tasks.

If you value direct accountability, quantifiable results, and the momentum of a growing school network, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Manage complete device procurement workflows across Dell, HP, Apple, and Lenovo, monitoring lead times and shipments to ensure campuses receive equipment ahead of launch windows
  • Handle provisioning, imaging, enrollment, and lifecycle administration of student and staff devices via an MDM platform, maintaining precise asset records for all campuses
  • Oversee SaaS account administration, including permissions and license allocation across 14+ platforms, ensuring utilization and renewal schedules prevent service interruptions
  • Implement the technology onboarding playbook for new campuses, preparing devices, provisioning systems, and configuring Google Voice, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Rooms prior to opening day
  • Develop and update SOPs, runbooks, and launch checklists, refining them with each campus rollout and automating recurring workflows using AI tools

What you will NOT be doing

  • Operating primarily as a helpdesk responder whose performance is tracked by ticket counts
  • Engaging in high-level IT architecture discussions or strategic planning while operational deadlines approach
  • Managing unstructured purchasing without asset visibility, vendor management, or specification records
  • Relying on others to create documentation (you will establish repeatable launch processes, not rely on institutional memory)

Key responsibilities

This role ensures that every campus launch and ongoing operation meets its timeline because devices, SaaS accounts, and core technology systems are provisioned, configured, and operational prior to day one.

Candidate requirements

  • Currently located in the United States and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
  • Willing and able to travel periodically to US campuses
  • Experience administering an MDM (mobile device management) platform such as ManageEngine, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience deploying and supporting end-user devices (laptops or tablets), including provisioning/imaging and troubleshooting
  • Experience administering SaaS platforms, including account provisioning, permissions management, and license management
  • Experience coordinating hardware procurement and delivery logistics and/or running asset tracking workflows
  • Evidence of creating or maintaining operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, or playbooks
-Demonstrated use of AI tools to troubleshoot technical problems or automate repetitive operational workflows

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a distributed, multi-site environment where inventory, spares, and repairs must be managed across locations
  • Strong track record of building simple automations that reduce manual provisioning and reporting work
  • Experience configuring or administering communication tools such as Google Voice, Zoom Phone, or Zoom Rooms
