Lead UI/UX Designer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Are you a senior product designer who integrates AI as a design partner? Do you translate complex user requirements and challenging business objectives into smart, validated experiences that deploy rapidly and deliver measurable results? If your work demonstrates design systems, interactive prototypes, and results linked to performance metrics, we're looking for you.

IgniteTech develops products at the edge of human–AI synergy. Rather than iterating through guesswork and post-launch refinement, we model and refine before engineering begins. We leverage platforms like Figma AI, Galileo, and Uizard to fuel ideation, produce alternatives, group behaviors, predict abandonment, and evaluate usability so we stay ahead of the learning curve. The outcome is accelerated iteration, compressed feedback cycles, and a brand presence that strengthens with each touchpoint.

This role encompasses complete experience architecture, research interpretation, system creation, and ongoing experimentation. You'll design adaptive journeys and interactive prototypes, build and deploy AI models to anticipate user behavior, and validate concepts with data before development starts. You'll execute genuine experiments—A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-generated variants—and interpret analytics and qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a unified UI system across platforms with transparent reasoning, embedded accessibility, documentation that serves developers, and governance that maintains coherence as we expand.

You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for results. Expect to convert strategy into working prototypes, distill research into testable hypotheses, uphold system standards, guide designers through AI-enhanced processes, and collaborate with PMs and analysts to connect every choice to measurable business value. If you're ready to shape how AI transforms the discipline, join us in creating the next wave of intelligent product experiences.

What you will be doing

  • Drive the complete conversion of user requirements and product objectives into intelligent, scalable design systems and prototypes
  • Conduct mixed-method research to surface and confirm user needs, blending conventional UX techniques with AI-powered clustering and behavioral forecasting
  • Create, refine, and sustain cross-platform UI systems that bring product experiences into alignment
  • Execute and analyze large-scale experiments (A/B, multivariate, AI-predicted variants) to enhance user satisfaction, conversion, and retention

Key responsibilities

  • Guarantee that every IgniteTech product and user interaction is thoughtfully designed, rigorously tested, and systematically optimized at scale
  • Advance conversion, usability, and brand experience throughout the company's digital portfolio via AI-enhanced, data-informed design leadership

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing end-to-end digital experiences across multiple products or platforms
  • Experience using AI-powered design tools (Galileo, Uizard, Figma AI, etc.)
  • Experience conducting UX research and analytics to drive design decisions
  • Experience leading other UI/UX designers and standardizing the work
