This role encompasses complete experience architecture, research interpretation, system creation, and ongoing experimentation. You'll design adaptive journeys and interactive prototypes, build and deploy AI models to anticipate user behavior, and validate concepts with data before development starts. You'll execute genuine experiments—A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-generated variants—and interpret analytics and qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a unified UI system across platforms with transparent reasoning, embedded accessibility, documentation that serves developers, and governance that maintains coherence as we expand.
You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for results. Expect to convert strategy into working prototypes, distill research into testable hypotheses, uphold system standards, guide designers through AI-enhanced processes, and collaborate with PMs and analysts to connect every choice to measurable business value.
