We leverage platforms like Figma AI, Galileo, and Uizard to accelerate ideation, produce variations, analyze behavior patterns, anticipate user drop-offs, and evaluate usability so we stay ahead of the competition. This role encompasses comprehensive experience architecture, research interpretation, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll build adaptive user flows and interactive prototypes, develop and deploy AI models to anticipate behavior, and validate your concepts with data before development begins. You'll execute genuine experiments—including A/B tests, multivariate tests, and AI-forecasted variants—and interpret analytics alongside qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a unified, cross-platform UI system with transparent logic, integrated accessibility, developer-friendly documentation, and governance that maintains consistency as the organization grows.

You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for measurable outcomes. You will translate strategy into working prototypes, distill research into actionable hypotheses, uphold system standards, guide designers in AI-enhanced workflows, and collaborate with product managers and analysts to anchor every choice in business results.
