We're looking for a senior product designer who leverages AI as a design partner. Your role is to transform complex user requirements and demanding business objectives into smart, validated experiences that launch quickly and deliver measurable results. If your work demonstrates design systems, interactive prototyping, and outcomes linked to key performance indicators, we want to hear from you.
IgniteTech operates at the cutting edge of human–AI collaboration in product development. Rather than iterating after release, we simulate and refine before engineering begins. We employ platforms like Figma AI, Galileo, and Uizard to fuel ideation, produce design alternatives, analyze user behavior patterns, predict friction points, and evaluate usability—enabling us to learn faster than the competition. This position encompasses comprehensive experience architecture, research interpretation, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll build adaptive user flows and interactive prototypes, deploy and tune AI models for behavior prediction, and validate your concepts with data before development starts. You'll execute genuine experiments—A/B testing, multivariate testing, and AI-forecasted variants—then analyze results through analytics and user feedback to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and satisfaction. You'll advance a unified cross-platform UI system featuring clear documentation, built-in accessibility, developer-friendly guidelines, and governance structures that maintain consistency as we grow.
You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for results. Your responsibilities include converting strategy into prototypes, distilling research into testable hypotheses, maintaining system standards, coaching designers on AI-enhanced methods, and collaborating with PMs and analysts to connect every choice to business outcomes.
