This role encompasses comprehensive experience architecture, research synthesis, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll design adaptive user flows and high-fidelity prototypes, train and deploy AI models to anticipate behavior patterns, and validate your concepts with data before development begins. You'll execute real experiments—A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-forecasted variants—and interpret analytics alongside qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a unified, cross-platform UI system grounded in clear principles, built-in accessibility, developer-ready documentation, and governance that maintains consistency as the organization scales.
You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for outcomes. Expect to convert strategy into working prototypes, distill research into actionable hypotheses, uphold system standards, guide designers in AI-enhanced workflows, and collaborate with product managers and analysts to anchor every decision in business impact.
