This role encompasses comprehensive experience architecture, research synthesis, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll design adaptive flows and interactive prototypes, train and deploy AI models to anticipate user behavior, and validate your concepts with data before code is written. You'll execute real experiments—A/B tests, multivariate studies, and AI-predicted variants—and interpret analytics alongside qualitative feedback to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and satisfaction. You'll advance a cross-platform UI system with transparent logic, embedded accessibility, developer-friendly documentation, and governance that maintains cohesive experiences as we grow.
You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for outcomes. Anticipate translating strategy into prototypes, distilling research into hypotheses, enforcing system standards, coaching designers on AI-augmented workflows, and collaborating with PMs and analysts to connect every decision to business impact.
