Rather than iterating through guesswork and refinement post-launch, we simulate and optimize before engineering receives a single task. We employ platforms like Figma AI, Galileo, and Uizard to power ideation, produce variations, analyze behavior patterns, anticipate user drop-off, and evaluate usability—enabling us to outpace competitors through accelerated learning. The outcome is faster iteration cycles, more responsive feedback mechanisms, and a brand experience that improves with each user interaction.

This position encompasses comprehensive experience architecture, research synthesis, system design, and ongoing experimentation. You'll build adaptive user flows and interactive prototypes, train and deploy AI models for behavioral prediction, and validate your concepts with data before development begins. You'll execute genuine experiments—including A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and AI-generated variants—then interpret analytics and qualitative insights to drive improvements in conversion, retention, and user satisfaction. You'll advance a cross-platform UI system grounded in clear principles, integrated accessibility, developer-friendly documentation, and governance frameworks that maintain experience consistency as we grow.

You'll operate at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, accountable for results. Your work will include translating strategic direction into prototypes, distilling research into testable hypotheses, upholding system standards, coaching designers on AI-enhanced workflows, and collaborating with product managers and analysts to connect every choice to measurable business value.
