What you will be doing
- AI-Enhanced Project Coordination and Process Transformation: Leveraging AI systems to achieve optimal scheduling, resource distribution, and status tracking, while promoting AI tool adoption to automate routine tasks and refine workflows.
- Escalation Handling: Overseeing escalations and pivotal decisions to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- AI-Enabled Reporting and Analytics: Applying AI to produce actionable project reports and forward-looking analytics, improving project communication and stakeholder engagement.
What you will NOT be doing
- Direct Technical Execution: Although you will manage projects with technical components, your position will not demand in-depth technical proficiency in OSS/BSS technologies.
- Extensive Technical Documentation: Your emphasis will be on strategic leadership rather than comprehensive technical documentation or hands-on implementation work.
Key responsibilities
- Projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget, while upholding high quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction, driven by AI integration
Candidate requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the software industry
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Demonstrated experience in the following project management disciplines: Project status reporting; Effort, schedule, and cost variance analysis; Earned value management; Risk assessment and mitigation; RAG (Red/Amber/Green) status reporting; Scope change management
- Proven use of GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, to enhance productivity
