What you will be doing

  • Drive product architecture transformation by making high-impact technical decisions that prioritize simplicity, efficiency, and scalability
  • Implement cutting-edge generative AI solutions to systematically eliminate manual processes and technical debt across acquired software products
  • Own end-to-end product health metrics, from system performance to operational costs, ensuring both immediate stability and strategic evolution

What you will NOT be doing

  • Managing large engineering teams or focusing primarily on people leadership—your value is in your technical vision and execution
  • Navigating bureaucratic processes or sitting through endless meetings—we've eliminated administrative overhead to maximize your impact
  • Developing abstract strategies without implementation—every decision you make must translate to measurable product improvements

Key responsibilities

Transform acquired software products by embedding AI-driven automation at their core, modernizing legacy architectures, and driving significant cost efficiencies that directly impact business profitability.

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record making consequential architecture and design decisions that shaped product direction and technical foundations
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex software systems through strategic scope decisions and architectural refinement
  • Comprehensive knowledge of AWS ecosystem and cloud-native architectures
  • Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI to create product features and optimize engineering workflows
