Description

You're an engineer who refuses to accept poor code quality, sluggish deployment cycles, or obsolete development methodologies. Your work isn't limited to writing software—you architect AI-powered systems that render conventional engineering approaches slow and wasteful. If this resonates with you, continue reading.

The majority of software organizations continue coding the traditional way—manual debugging sessions, deployment by trial and error, and features that scarcely utilize AI beyond occasional Copilot prompts. Trilogy operates differently. AI permeates every aspect of our development workflow: generating feature concepts, detecting bugs, resolving defects, and optimizing performance. This isn't superficial experimentation with AI utilities; this is comprehensive integration of AI throughout the software lifecycle to eradicate inefficiency, accelerate delivery, and engineer with accuracy.

In this position, you will deconstruct existing B2B products, reconstruct them as cloud-native solutions, and enhance them with AI at every layer. You'll engineer and ship AI-enabled features, apply advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for automated defect identification, and guarantee that every release executes flawlessly—zero downtime, zero interruptions, zero compromises. If you seek a position where you invest weeks deliberating over architectural choices rather than delivering software, look elsewhere.

If you're prepared to expand the limits of AI-enhanced software engineering and advance your professional trajectory, submit your application now. If you favor remaining in your comfort zone, manually authoring test cases, or collaborating with teams that resist automation, this role is not suitable for you.

What you will be doing

  • Employing analysis tools and RAG vector stores to locate, diagnose, and remediate product defects and resolve bugs.
  • Harnessing AI development agents to architect, build, and ship innovative features for cloud-native applications.
  • Guiding AI agents and serving as the quality checkpoint for AI-generated outputs; AI outputs are not flawless and demand your engineering judgment.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Repetitive Tedium: We minimize burdensome infrastructure overhead so you can concentrate on building innovative solutions.
  • Meeting Overload: We prioritize your development expertise over conference room attendance. Anticipate more implementation, less discussion.

Key responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered features to optimize workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in commercial software development, concentrating on production code for server-side web applications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native development (any cloud vendor)
  • Experience utilizing GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, v0.dev); we are not seeking traditional ML engineers without LLM experience
  • Experience authoring production-level code in at least two general-purpose coding languages, such as Typescript, Javascript, Python, or C#
  • Experience building APIs
  • Experience working with SQL databases
