What you will be doing

  • Transform Concepts into Reality: Drive features from conception to deployment—clarifying ambiguous requirements, architecting scalable solutions, implementing full-stack code, conducting thorough testing, and deploying with confidence
  • Become the Bug Whisperer: Master the art of technical detective work through sophisticated root cause analysis, implementing permanent fixes rather than band-aid solutions, and creating intelligent test suites that prevent regression
  • Champion Code Excellence: Elevate our codebase through thoughtful reviews of technical designs and pull requests, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and maintainability while preventing technical debt accumulation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating unnecessary complexity—no over-engineered UIs or backend systems without clear purpose
  • Following specifications robotically without questioning underlying user needs
  • Wasting time in endless planning sessions or organizational politics
  • Simply checking off feature boxes—your mission is solving meaningful problems that drive user value

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically applying AI technologies to develop software that addresses authentic user challenges, maintains rapid delivery cycles, and preserves long-term code health and extensibility

Candidate requirements

  • 4+ years building production-grade web applications with full-stack proficiency (frontend and backend experience with any framework)
  • Proven ownership mentality: History of successfully managing complete modules, product features, or technical teams—not just contributing isolated components
  • Self-directed problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, establish effective workflows, and maintain momentum without constant guidance
  • Practical experience integrating generative AI into your development workflow and technical solutions
