We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who excels at tackling intricate technical problems and shipping features that drive measurable impact. In this role, you will architect and deliver AI-driven products designed to revolutionize education and personal development. Your mandate: maintain exceptional code quality while ensuring every system you build is scalable, sustainable, and meaningful.

The products you'll contribute to are reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: An AI-powered platform that animates historical figures within a TikTok-inspired learning interface.
  • TeachTales: A personalized storytelling tool that captivates students and enhances reading comprehension through magical narratives.
  • TimeBack: A proactive learning assistant that embeds within existing applications to coach students in real time.
  • Athena: An AI-driven system generating videos and assessments to produce tangible academic results.

This position centers on producing tangible outcomes through functional, production-ready software. You will harness AI tooling and cloud-native infrastructure to engineer full-stack solutions addressing substantive challenges—not simply fulfilling task lists. You are expected to deploy rapidly while upholding engineering discipline, selecting the most straightforward correct approach that honors both immediate velocity and enduring maintainability.

What you will be doing

  • Design and Deploy End-to-End Features: Own user stories from conception through production; refine requirements, architect scalable systems, implement backend and frontend logic, validate rigorously, and release to live environments
  • Diagnose and Resolve Defects: Perform root cause investigations on issues, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through strategic testing
  • Elevate Engineering Standards: Assess technical proposals and code submissions for clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at the source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Crafting pixel-precise interfaces or elaborate backend architectures without clear purpose
  • Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying user need
  • Spending time in prolonged meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating across teams
  • Merely delivering features; your accountability extends to solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to engineer software that addresses authentic user needs, delivers quickly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience writing production-grade code for both frontend and backend of web applications (framework-agnostic).
  • Proven ownership mentality: Track record of owning entire modules, product capabilities, or engineering teams—not limited to isolated contributions
  • Self-sufficient execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward through ambiguous contexts
  • Hands-on experience leveraging generative A.I. as part of your daily development workflow
