What you will be doing

  • Transform Ideas into Impact: Shepherd features from concept to completion by clarifying ambiguous requirements, architecting scalable solutions, implementing robust full-stack code, and deploying production-ready systems
  • Become the Bug Whisperer: Master the art of technical detective work through sophisticated root cause analysis, implementing comprehensive fixes rather than band-aid solutions, and creating intelligent test suites that prevent future issues
  • Champion Code Excellence: Elevate our codebase through thoughtful reviews of technical plans and implementations, ensuring simplicity, maintainability, and preventing technical debt before it takes root

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating technical complexity for its own sake or chasing the latest framework without purpose
  • Implementing specifications without questioning assumptions or understanding the underlying user needs
  • Drowning in bureaucracy or endless planning sessions that delay actual problem-solving
  • Simply checking off feature lists without measuring real-world impact and outcomes

Key responsibilities

  • Harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to develop intuitive, high-performance software that addresses genuine user challenges, delivers rapid value, and maintains long-term technical integrity

Candidate requirements

  • Proven track record with 4+ years building production-grade web applications across both frontend and backend domains (framework-agnostic)
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset: History of successfully leading complete features, modules, or teams rather than just contributing isolated components
  • Self-directed problem-solver: Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish your own momentum, and forge solutions without constant guidance
  • AI integration expertise: Practical experience incorporating generative AI technologies into your development workflow
