Your focus will be on exceptional execution, guaranteeing that our products remain scalable, maintainable, and meaningful.

You will contribute to products reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning platform.
  • TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting storytelling that enhances comprehension.
  • TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, actively guiding students.
  • Athena: Employs AI-generated videos and assessments to produce measurable academic results.

This position is designed to create tangible impact through deployed software. You will leverage AI tools and cloud-native technologies to construct full-stack systems addressing substantive problems, not simply completing tickets. You are expected to deliver rapidly while maintaining standards, selecting the simplest appropriate solution that reconciles immediate velocity with long-term sustainability.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver Full-Stack Features End-to-End: Transform user stories from concept to production; refine requirements, architect scalable solutions, develop backend and frontend code, perform comprehensive testing, and deploy live
  • Investigate and Resolve Bugs: Diagnose issues via root cause analysis, address underlying problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent regressions through intelligent testing strategies
  • Elevate Code Quality Standards: Assess technical plans and pull requests to verify clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt at the source

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backends as ends in themselves
  • Implementing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying problem
  • Spending time in continuous meetings about roadmaps and priorities or pursuing stakeholders
  • Merely delivering features; you will be accountable for solving genuine problems

Key responsibilities

  • Applying AI to develop software that addresses authentic user needs, ships quickly, and remains maintainable over time

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience writing production code for both frontend and backend of web applications (any framework).
  • Strong ownership: Proven track record owning entire modules, product features, or teams, beyond isolated task contributions
  • Independent execution: Capacity to unblock yourself, establish your own rhythm, and navigate forward in ambiguous contexts
  • Practical experience using generative A.I. in your daily development workflow
