What you will be doing
- Architect and implement high-performance AI automations that deliver measurable productivity improvements across diverse business applications
- Pioneer experimental implementations of cutting-edge AI technologies including GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, evaluating their practical business applications
- Optimize AI solution deployments across AWS infrastructure, ensuring maximum performance, scalability, and seamless integration
What you will NOT be doing
- Writing traditional code bases—our AI-first approach means you'll direct AI systems to handle coding tasks while you focus on strategy and architecture
- Performing repetitive implementations—each challenge requires unique, innovative thinking and solution design
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating scalable business impact across multiple industries.
Candidate requirements
- Demonstrated AI-First Mindset—you must approach problems by leveraging AI capabilities first, not as an afterthought (candidates who default to traditional coding approaches need not apply)
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in software engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Python development and AWS infrastructure
- Practical experience with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev
- Proven track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
- Demonstrated experience leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) via their APIs to address complex business challenges
