Full Stack Developer   $100,000 USD/year

Description

Ready to revolutionize education through cutting-edge technology? We're seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our mission of transforming how the world learns. You'll be at the forefront of creating AI-driven educational experiences that make learning engaging, personalized, and effective.

Our groundbreaking products are reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: An immersive platform where AI resurrects historical icons for TikTok-style educational content.
  • TeachTales: Magical, AI-powered storytelling that adapts to each student's learning style.
  • TimeBack: An intelligent learning companion that seamlessly integrates across platforms to provide personalized coaching.
  • Athena: Advanced AI-generated content and assessments driving measurable student success.

This isn't just another development role – it's your chance to create software that genuinely matters. You'll harness the power of AI and modern cloud technologies to build robust, full-stack solutions that address real educational challenges. We value rapid deployment without compromising quality, seeking elegant solutions that serve both immediate needs and future growth.

If you're excited about combining technical excellence with meaningful impact, let's talk.

What you will be doing

  • End-to-End Feature Development: Transform concepts into reality by gathering requirements, architecting solutions, implementing both client and server-side code, conducting comprehensive testing, and deploying to production environments
  • Problem Detective Work: Dive deep into system issues, perform thorough root cause analysis, implement lasting fixes rather than quick patches, and establish preventive measures through strategic testing
  • Code Excellence Champion: Conduct thorough design reviews and code assessments to maintain high standards of clarity, efficiency, and reliability while preventing technical debt accumulation

What you will NOT be doing

  • Creating elaborate interfaces or intricate backend systems without clear purpose or user value
  • Mechanically following specifications without questioning the underlying user needs
  • Spending excessive time in unproductive meetings about strategy or chasing down stakeholders for information
  • Simply delivering code; you'll be accountable for delivering genuine solutions to real challenges

Key responsibilities

  • Leveraging artificial intelligence to create software solutions that address authentic user needs, deliver quickly to market, and maintain long-term code sustainability

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience developing production-grade web applications across both frontend and backend technologies (framework agnostic).
  • Proven ownership mindset: Track record of taking full responsibility for complete features, modules, or team initiatives rather than just completing isolated assignments
  • Self-directed problem-solving: Capability to navigate obstacles independently, maintain productive momentum, and chart courses through uncertain requirements
  • Practical AI integration: Hands-on experience incorporating generative artificial intelligence tools into your regular development workflow
