Description

Educational technology companies face a persistent obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual requirements. Generic and ineffective learning solutions flood the market, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Studies show that educational materials that fail to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to dramatic declines in engagement, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. Educators bear the brunt of this challenge, tasked with delivering personalized, high-quality instruction while navigating limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond creating AI tools—we build AI-powered systems that produce dynamic learning materials customized for individual students. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates adaptive, compelling content at scale. This strategy distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands what AI can achieve in education, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness, and engagement in learning.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to coding tasks or developing theoretical AI models. You'll spearhead efforts to transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual optimization—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create measurable real-world impact.

As an integral member of our team, you'll architect AI-driven educational solutions capable of reshaping the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as subject matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and effective. If transforming education through AI excites you and you're prepared to own projects that challenge conventional limits, we welcome your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI technologies, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows in response to input from users and subject matter experts.
  • Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain experts to create and sustain documentation that captures organizational knowledge and unique insights.
  • Creating and implementing data architectures that support business logic with contextual information, delivering efficient and scalable data models.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive differentiation by producing personalized and engaging educational content using AI technologies

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated interest in EdTech
