Senior AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is grappling with a critical issue: creating educational materials that are both compelling and customized to meet the needs of individual learners. The marketplace is saturated with one-size-fits-all, underperforming learning solutions, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Studies show that educational content which fails to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences leads to a measurable decline in engagement, resulting in a gap between teaching intent and actual learning outcomes. This dynamic intensifies pressure on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction while navigating significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how educational content is produced. Rather than simply developing AI utilities, we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centered educational resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" dedicated to subjects such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge engine that generates contextually rich, adaptive content at scale. This forward-thinking strategy not only sets us apart in a competitive landscape but also expands the scope of what AI can achieve in education, delivering learning that is more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to routine programming or theoretical AI model development. Instead, you will spearhead efforts to redefine the student learning experience by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely individualized educational journeys. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor predictable assignments or gradual refinement—it is designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to deliver measurable, real-world outcomes.

As an integral contributor to our team, you will architect AI-enhanced educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You will deploy LLMs as subject-matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you are prepared to own projects that challenge the limits of current capabilities, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Orchestrating diverse AI technologies, crafting and optimizing prompts, and iterating on workflows in response to input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject experts to create and sustain documentation that captures specialized knowledge and proprietary organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual scaffolding for business logic, guaranteeing data models that are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the marketplace by producing personalized and engaging educational content through advanced AI solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Proven professional experience embedding LLMs into a software product (experience limited to building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Verifiable interest in the EdTech sector
