Senior AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing individual student requirements. An abundance of generic, ineffective learning solutions saturates the market, making differentiation more critical than ever. Studies show that educational materials failing to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences result in sharp declines in engagement, leaving a void in meaningful learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver high-caliber, individualized instruction within limited time and resource frameworks.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content generation. Our focus extends beyond building AI tools—we engineer AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centered educational materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge base that generates compelling, adaptive content on demand. This strategy not only sets us apart in a saturated marketplace but also expands the potential of AI applications in education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to coding tasks or developing theoretical AI models. You'll spearhead initiatives that reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows designed to deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an integral team member, you'll architect AI-driven educational solutions with the capacity to redefine the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as subject-matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning companions, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and transformative. If the prospect of leveraging AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-powered workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.
  • Developing context repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter specialists to create and sustain documentation that captures organizational knowledge and specialized insights.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual foundations for business logic, guaranteeing data models that are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive differentiation by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI-powered solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Proven professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not qualify)
  • Verifiable interest in EdTech
