Description

A pressing challenge in EdTech today is creating learning content that actively engages students while addressing their individual needs. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all tools that fail to deliver meaningful outcomes. Evidence shows that when educational resources don't resonate with learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences, student engagement suffers considerably, leaving a void in truly effective education. Educators bear the brunt of this gap, pressured to deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction without adequate time or resources.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by deploying AI to transform how educational content is produced. Our work extends beyond conventional AI tooling—we are engineering AI-powered systems designed to generate adaptive, individualized learning materials in real time. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge engine that produces compelling, responsive content at scale. This strategy not only sets us apart in a saturated landscape but also expands what AI can achieve in education, driving learning that is more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to routine coding tasks or theoretical model development. Instead, you will spearhead efforts to reimagine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-driven workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role is not suited for those seeking predictable assignments or marginal optimizations—it is designed for forward-thinking builders ready to leverage advanced technology for tangible, real-world outcomes.

In this capacity, you will architect AI-powered educational systems with the potential to redefine the learning experience. You will employ LLMs as specialized domain experts, constructing contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants to ensure our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of applying AI to revolutionize education excites you, and you are prepared to own projects that challenge the limits of current capabilities, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting Self-Improving AI Content Workflows – Develop agent-based systems that produce educational materials and autonomously refine themselves through evaluation loops and structured experimentation.
  • Constructing Evaluation Frameworks & Experimentation Harnesses – Build curated datasets mapping inputs to expected outputs, and implement scoring mechanisms to assess, compare, and enhance AI-generated content performance.
  • Engineering Context Packs – Design structured knowledge repositories that supply domain-specific grounding, enabling systems to deliver precise, high-caliber educational content across multiple subject areas.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the market by producing engaging, personalized educational content leveraging AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience working as a software engineer
  • Demonstrated professional experience integrating LLMs into software products (building simple chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this criterion)
  • Proven track record shipping a production system in which a self-improving agent iteratively refined the system itself (e.g., autonomously designed tools, optimized its reward function, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience curating evaluation or regression datasets to guide self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable success metrics
  • Practical experience with contemporary agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
