Description

Elite AI Engineers Don't Just Build Models—They Revolutionize Learning

At LearnWith.AI, we're not interested in incremental improvements to educational technology. We're creating AI systems that fundamentally transform how students learn by generating truly personalized, engaging content at scale. If you're among the top 1% of AI engineers who can architect intelligent systems that function as subject-specific "Second Brains," we want you on our team.

The EdTech market is saturated with generic learning tools that fail to adapt to individual student needs. We're solving this by developing AI-driven knowledge repositories that dynamically generate tailored educational materials—reducing educator burden while dramatically improving student engagement. This isn't about building another chatbot; it's about creating sophisticated AI systems that understand educational content deeply enough to personalize it effectively.

What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement sophisticated AI workflows that seamlessly integrate multiple LLM technologies, custom prompting strategies, and feedback loops to continuously improve content generation
  • Develop specialized "Second Brain" knowledge repositories that function as AI domain experts for subjects like Science and History, capable of producing contextually rich educational materials
  • Design advanced data structures and models that enable context-aware content generation, ensuring our AI systems deliver educational materials that adapt to specific learning styles and needs

What you will NOT be doing

  • Building simple chatbots or implementing basic AI assistants that merely repackage existing content
  • Working on isolated AI features that don't connect to our core mission of transforming educational experiences
  • Following established patterns or maintaining legacy systems—this role demands constant innovation
  • Developing theoretical models without clear paths to practical implementation in educational settings

Key responsibilities

Transform LearnWith.AI's market position by engineering AI systems capable of generating highly engaging, personalized educational content that demonstrably improves learning outcomes and creates sustainable competitive advantage.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated excellence in complex system design
  • Proven track record integrating advanced LLM technologies into production software products (beyond simple chatbots or coding assistants)
  • Demonstrated passion for EdTech, evidenced through relevant projects, contributions, or professional experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and vector databases
  • Background in educational content development or instructional design
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques for educational applications
  • Experience building systems that evaluate content quality or learning effectiveness
