Senior AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing individual student requirements. A vast array of one-size-fits-all, low-impact learning resources floods the market, making differentiation increasingly critical. Studies show that educational materials failing to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to substantial declines in engagement, resulting in gaps within effective learning ecosystems. Educators face mounting pressure to deliver personalized, high-quality instruction amid limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. We're building more than AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Envision an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge repository that generates adaptive, compelling content at scale. This forward-thinking strategy distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the potential for AI in education, making learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding tasks or theoretical AI model development. You'll spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward tangible impact.

As an essential contributor to our team, you'll architect AI-driven educational solutions with the capacity to transform the learning ecosystem. You'll deploy LLMs as subject matter experts to construct contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI produces content that is both significant and effective. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to assume ownership of projects that challenge conventional boundaries, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter experts to create and sustain documents that capture knowledge and distinctive organizational insights.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in a competitive landscape by producing personalized, engaging educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into a software product (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Proven interest in EdTech
