Description

The EdTech industry is confronting a critical obstacle: creating learning content that captivates students while addressing their individual needs. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all solutions that fail to deliver meaningful results. Evidence shows that educational resources unable to resonate with learners or adjust to diverse learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, widening the gap in quality education delivery. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within significant time and budget limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how educational content is built. Rather than simply developing AI utilities, we engineer AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centered materials. Imagine an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge engine that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This strategy sets us apart in an overcrowded marketplace and expands the horizon for AI applications in education, improving accessibility, efficacy, and student satisfaction.

This position goes beyond typical AI engineering. You won't simply write code or experiment with theoretical models. You'll spearhead efforts to reimagine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-driven workflows that deliver genuinely tailored educational experiences. This role is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual refinements—it's designed for forward-thinking builders ready to apply advanced technology for tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an integral contributor, you'll architect AI-enhanced educational platforms capable of fundamentally altering how learning occurs. You'll harness LLMs as specialized knowledge agents to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI outputs are both substantive and effective. If the prospect of using AI to redefine education excites you, and you're prepared to own initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Integrating diverse AI technologies, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.
  • Constructing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain authorities to create and manage documentation that captures knowledge and proprietary organizational understanding.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual foundation for business operations, guaranteeing scalable and performant data architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in a competitive landscape by producing compelling, individualized educational content using AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience embedding LLMs within a production software product (basic chatbot development or casual use of coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Proven interest in the EdTech sector
