Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

Educational technology companies today confront a critical obstacle: creating learning content that resonates with students while addressing their individual educational requirements. The marketplace is saturated with one-size-fits-all solutions that fail to deliver meaningful outcomes. Evidence shows that educational resources disconnected from student learning preferences lead to sharp declines in engagement, leaving a void in productive learning outcomes. Educators bear the burden of this gap, tasked with delivering customized, high-caliber instruction under significant time and budget limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform how educational content is developed. Our focus extends beyond simply deploying AI capabilities—we engineer AI-powered frameworks that produce adaptive, learner-centered materials in real time. Envision an intelligent knowledge system for disciplines such as History or Science—a digital repository that generates contextually relevant, engaging content on demand. This methodology distinguishes us in a saturated industry while expanding the boundaries of AI application in education, driving learning that is more personalized, impactful, and accessible.

This position diverges from conventional AI engineering assignments. You will not be confined to routine development tasks or theoretical model experimentation. Your role centers on pioneering new approaches to student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled pipelines that deliver genuinely individualized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for individuals seeking incremental progress or routine assignments—it is designed for forward-thinking engineers ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible educational transformation.

Joining our team means you will architect intelligent educational platforms with the capacity to reshape learning at scale. You will deploy large language models as subject matter experts, constructing contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems that ensure AI-generated materials are both substantive and effective. If the prospect of driving educational innovation through AI excites you, and you are prepared to own initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Developing AI Content Generation Systems with Self-Improvement Capabilities – Constructing agent-based pipelines that produce educational materials and autonomously refine output through evaluation cycles and systematic experimentation.
  • Establishing Evaluation Datasets & Experimental Frameworks – Designing curated test sets (input-output pairings) and scoring mechanisms to assess, benchmark, and enhance the quality of AI-produced content.
  • Architecting Contextual Knowledge Packs – Building structured domain artifacts that ground AI systems in subject-specific expertise, enabling generation of accurate, high-caliber educational materials across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

  • Differentiate LearnWith.AI in the competitive landscape by leveraging AI technologies to produce personalized, engaging educational content that stands apart from generic alternatives

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience embedding LLMs into production software products (basic chatbot development or casual use of coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Proven track record deploying production systems featuring self-improving agents that autonomously iterated on system behavior (such as generating their own tooling or optimizing reward models)
  • Experience building evaluation or regression datasets that guide self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with contemporary agent orchestration frameworks (such as LangChain, LangGraph)
