Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is grappling with a critical obstacle: creating learning materials that engage students while addressing their individual requirements. A saturated market of generic, ineffective educational tools makes differentiation increasingly difficult. Evidence shows that when learning content fails to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences, engagement levels decline sharply, resulting in suboptimal educational outcomes. Educators bear the brunt of this challenge, tasked with delivering personalized, high-caliber instruction while facing significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond simply creating AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, individualized learning materials. Envision an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, adaptive content at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace while expanding the potential applications of AI in education, delivering learning experiences that are more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. Your work will extend beyond coding or developing abstract AI models. You'll spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or incremental progress—it's designed for ambitious innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create measurable real-world impact.

In this role, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to transform the learning environment. You'll deploy LLMs as subject matter experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to take ownership of projects that expand the boundaries of possibility, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Developing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter specialists to create and maintain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinctive organizational understanding.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, maintaining efficient and scalable data architecture.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the market by producing engaging and individualized educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience integrating LLMs into a software product (experience building a chatbot or using simple coding assistants is not sufficient)
  • Demonstrable interest in EdTech
