Description

The EdTech industry is confronting a significant obstacle: creating educational content that resonates with students while adapting to their individual learning requirements. The market is flooded with generic, low-impact learning tools, making differentiation more critical than ever. Studies show that educational materials which fail to engage learners or adjust to their distinct learning preferences result in sharply reduced engagement, leading to a void in meaningful educational outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within tight time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how content is created. We're not simply developing AI tools—we're building AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, personalized learning materials for individual students. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that can generate compelling, adaptive content on demand. This forward-thinking strategy distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the horizon for AI applications in education, making learning more attainable, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to routine coding tasks or working with theoretical AI models in isolation. Rather, you'll be at the forefront of transforming student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those who favor predictable assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible, real-world change.

In this pivotal role, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as subject-matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If you're motivated by the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education and are prepared to take full ownership of projects that challenge the limits of what's achievable, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Creating Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-area specialists to build and update documents that capture knowledge and distinctive organizational expertise.
  • Architecting and implementing data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, guaranteeing efficient and scalable data models.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI's differentiation in the market by producing engaging and personalized educational content through AI tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience embedding LLMs into a software product (experience limited to chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated interest in EdTech
