Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is grappling with a significant obstacle: creating educational content that engages students while addressing their individual learning requirements. The marketplace is saturated with generic and ineffective tools, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that when learning materials fail to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines markedly, resulting in gaps in meaningful educational experiences. This adds pressure on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within limited time and resource frameworks.

LearnWith.AI is confronting this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform how content is developed. We're not simply creating AI tools—we're building AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, individualized learning resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge base that can generate adaptive, compelling content at scale. This approach distinguishes us in a saturated market and expands what AI can achieve in education, making learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding tasks or theoretical AI model development. Instead, you'll spearhead efforts to transform student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual refinements—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible impact.

As an integral team member, you'll architect AI-driven educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll utilize LLMs as subject-matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and impactful. If the prospect of leveraging AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to own projects that expand the frontiers of innovation, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from users and subject matter experts.
  • Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as subject specialists to create and sustain documents that capture organizational insights and domain knowledge.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data models.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself from competitors by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven experience incorporating LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Demonstrated interest in educational technology
