Full Stack Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is confronted by a critical obstacle: creating learning content that captures student attention while addressing individual educational requirements. The market is saturated with standardized, underperforming educational platforms, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Evidence shows that learning materials which fail to resonate with students or accommodate diverse learning approaches lead to substantial declines in engagement, resulting in a void in meaningful educational outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction within significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by leveraging AI technology to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond simply creating AI tools—we engineer AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, individually customized learning resources. Envision an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge base that generates compelling, responsive content at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us within a competitive landscape and expands what AI can achieve in education, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness, and student satisfaction.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to writing code or developing theoretical AI architectures. Rather, you'll spearhead efforts to reimagine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an integral part of our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions capable of reshaping how learning occurs. You'll employ LLMs as subject matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge resources and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with depth and relevance. If the prospect of using AI to redefine education excites you and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Connecting diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from domain experts and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject specialists to create and sustain documentation that captures specialized knowledge and organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business operations, guaranteeing data models that are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in a competitive market by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-driven solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (building chatbots or utilizing basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Demonstrated interest in educational technology
