You will contribute to products that are reshaping the learning landscape:
- TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-inspired learning platform.
- TeachTales: Captivates students through personalized, enchanting storytelling that enhances understanding.
- TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot, embedding itself into existing applications to coach students proactively.
- Athena: Delivers measurable academic results through AI-generated videos and assessments.
You will lead the technical advancement of our products, making certain they are scalable, maintainable, and resilient over the long haul. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert high-level objectives into technical design decisions and tackle complex problems while upholding rigorous quality standards. Your choices will determine the product's trajectory and affect the learning and development of thousands of students.

What you will be doing
- Feature Development: Architecting and building new features with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and enduring product value.
- Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features align with product objectives.
- Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product stability, optimizing performance, and proactively detecting and addressing issues.
- Technical Design: Making high-stakes technical decisions that directly influence user experiences and product scalability.
What you will NOT be doing
- Jumping between short-lived projects or pursuing the latest hype-driven technology trends.
- Contributing to internal IT systems or outsourced initiatives lacking real-world user impact.
- Being trapped in continuous meetings or managing tedious infrastructure problems.
Candidate requirements
- At least 1 year of full-stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.
- At least 4 years of experience working on actual SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
- Experience in using generative AI in your day-to-day development work.
