This position is for a highly skilled engineer who excels at taking ownership, driving strategic technical decisions, and solving intricate technical problems. You will be responsible for developing the product's most critical features while shaping its technical roadmap and securing long-term stability and expansion. The technical choices you make will have a direct effect on both the product and its user base, granting you the freedom to innovate alongside the accountability to execute.

The products you'll contribute to are reshaping education:

  • TeachTap: Uses AI to animate historical figures within a TikTok-style learning platform.

Your role will be to steer the technical advancement of our products, making certain they remain scalable, maintainable, and resilient over time. Working in close partnership with product teams, you will convert broad requirements into concrete technical design decisions and address sophisticated challenges while upholding rigorous quality benchmarks. The choices you make will define the product's trajectory and affect how thousands of students engage with learning.

We emphasize deliberate planning and early-stage design. Our AI-first methodology automates repetitive tasks, allowing you to concentrate on decisions with significant impact and complex problem-solving. You will operate with substantial autonomy and have the opportunity to influence product strategy while emphasizing long-term stability and scalability.

If you are prepared to guide the technical transformation of our SaaS products and harness generative AI to expand what's possible, we want to connect with you.

  • Contributing to internal IT systems or outsourced initiatives lacking tangible user impact.
  • Being trapped in endless meetings or managing tedious infrastructure problems.
