Senior AI Solutions Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing their individual requirements. Generic and ineffective learning platforms dominate the market, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Evidence shows that educational materials failing to resonate with students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to substantial declines in engagement, producing gaps in meaningful learning outcomes. Educators bear the burden of delivering personalized, high-quality instruction amid limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI directly addresses this challenge by leveraging AI to transform content generation. We're not simply developing AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, individualized learning materials. Envision an AI-driven "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—an intelligent knowledge system that generates adaptive, engaging content at scale. This approach distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the potential of AI in education, making learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to coding or abstract model development. You'll spearhead efforts to reshape student learning by architecting and deploying AI-driven workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role doesn't suit those seeking routine tasks or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology for tangible impact.

As an integral team member, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions capable of transforming the learning environment. You'll utilize LLMs as domain specialists to construct contextual knowledge packs and intelligent learning assistants, ensuring our AI produces content that is both impactful and meaningful. If the prospect of leveraging AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're prepared to own projects that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Integrating diverse AI tools, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using feedback from users and subject matter experts.
  • Developing Second Brains and Context Packs: Leveraging LLMs as domain specialists to create and sustain documents that capture organizational insights and knowledge.
  • Creating and implementing data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are scalable and efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to stand out in the marketplace by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (experience with chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Clear, demonstrable interest in EdTech
