This burden falls disproportionately on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within the constraints of limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI is confronting this challenge directly by deploying AI capabilities to transform how educational content is produced. Our mission extends beyond merely developing AI tools—we are engineering AI-powered platforms that generate dynamic, individualized learning resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that produces adaptive, compelling content efficiently and at scale. This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to coding tasks or developing theoretical AI models. Instead, you will drive the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role is not suited for individuals who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it is designed for forward-thinking innovators motivated to leverage advanced technology for tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an integral part of our team, you will architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You will employ LLMs as specialized domain experts to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Enabled Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows in response to input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Developing Knowledge Frameworks and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized experts to create and sustain documents that capture domain knowledge and proprietary organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business processes, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within a competitive landscape by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-driven solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven experience embedding LLMs into a software product (building chatbots or utilizing basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Verifiable enthusiasm for EdTech
