Senior AI Solutions Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry is confronting a critical obstacle: creating learning content that engages students while addressing their individual needs. The market is flooded with generic, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation more essential than ever. Studies show that when learning materials fail to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines sharply, resulting in a shortfall of effective educational experiences. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within tight time and budget limitations.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. We're not simply creating AI tools—we're engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a smart knowledge system that generates compelling, adaptive content at scale. This groundbreaking strategy not only sets us apart in a saturated marketplace but also expands the potential of AI in education, making learning more attainable, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to programming or developing theoretical AI models. Rather, you'll be spearheading the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This role isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to create tangible real-world change.

As an integral part of our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll harness LLMs as subject-matter experts to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning tools, ensuring our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you're ready to own projects that expand the limits of possibility, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI tools, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows in response to input from subject matter experts and end users.
  • Creating Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter authorities to build and sustain documents that capture domain knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual support for business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to stand out in the market by producing engaging, personalized educational content through AI-powered tools

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (experience limited to building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Proven interest in EdTech
