Description

Educational technology companies confront a critical obstacle: producing learning content that resonates with students while addressing their individual requirements. The market is flooded with standardized, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation essential. Evidence shows that learning materials which fail to engage students or accommodate their distinct learning preferences lead to substantial declines in engagement, resulting in inadequate learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within limited time and resource frameworks.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through strategic application of artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond creating AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centered educational resources. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content at scale. This approach not only distinguishes our offering in a saturated marketplace but also expands what AI can achieve in education, enhancing accessibility, effectiveness, and the overall learning experience.

This position diverges from conventional AI engineering assignments. Your work will not be confined to programming or theoretical AI model development. You will instead spearhead efforts to reimagine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational journeys. This opportunity is not suited for those drawn to routine assignments or gradual optimization—it demands ambitious technologists ready to apply advanced technology toward measurable real-world outcomes.

In this capacity, you will architect AI-powered educational platforms with the capacity to reshape how learning occurs. You will employ LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring our AI produces content that is substantive and transformative. If the prospect of leveraging AI to redefine education excites you, and you are prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we invite your application.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Applying LLMs as subject-area experts to create and sustain documentation that captures specialized knowledge and proprietary organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business operations, guaranteeing data models that are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to stand apart in the marketplace by producing compelling, individualized educational materials through AI-driven methodologies

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Demonstrated professional experience embedding LLMs within software products (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not qualify)
  • Verifiable interest in educational technology
