Description

The EdTech industry is confronting a critical issue: creating learning content that simultaneously engages students and addresses their individual requirements. A vast market flooded with one-size-fits-all, underperforming educational tools makes differentiation essential. Evidence shows that educational materials failing to resonate with learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences result in dramatically reduced engagement, leaving a void in meaningful educational experiences. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction under significant time and resource limitations.

LearnWith.AI is directly addressing this challenge by leveraging AI to transform content development. Our focus extends beyond creating AI utilities—we're engineering AI-powered platforms that produce dynamic, individualized learning resources. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content efficiently and at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and fundamentally expands what AI can achieve in education, delivering learning that is more impactful, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to routine programming or theoretical AI model development. Rather, you'll spearhead efforts to reimagine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enhanced workflows that deliver genuinely tailored educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those drawn to routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward meaningful, real-world outcomes.

Serving as an integral part of our team, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape how learning occurs. You'll employ LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of leveraging AI to redefine education excites you and you're prepared to own initiatives that expand the frontiers of possibility, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Enhanced Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized experts to create and sustain documentation that captures domain knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data architectures that deliver contextual infrastructure for business operations, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the competitive landscape by producing personalized and engaging educational materials using AI-powered solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production software products (building chatbots or utilizing basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Proven interest in the EdTech sector
