Description

Educational technology today is grappling with a critical issue: creating learning content that both captivates students and adapts to their individual requirements. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all learning platforms that fail to deliver results. Evidence shows that when educational resources don't resonate with learners or accommodate their distinct learning preferences, student engagement plummets, leaving a void in meaningful educational outcomes. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver personalized, high-caliber instruction while managing limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging artificial intelligence to transform how educational content is produced. Our mission extends beyond simply creating AI tools—we're building intelligent systems that generate dynamic, individualized learning resources. Imagine an AI-powered "Second Brain" dedicated to subjects such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge engine that produces compelling, adaptive educational content on demand. This strategy not only sets us apart in a saturated marketplace but also expands the horizons of AI application in education, making learning more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This is far from a conventional AI engineering position. You won't be confined to writing code or developing theoretical AI models in isolation. Instead, you'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered systems that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those seeking routine assignments or gradual optimization—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible, real-world outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms capable of fundamentally reshaping the learning environment. You'll harness large language models as subject-matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with both relevance and depth. If the prospect of using AI to redefine education excites you, and you're prepared to own initiatives that challenge the limits of innovation, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining multiple AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.
  • Constructing Knowledge Repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized experts to create and curate documents that capture domain knowledge and proprietary organizational understanding.
  • Engineering data structures that deliver contextual support for core business operations, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive differentiation by producing engaging, personalized educational content through advanced AI capabilities

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Proven interest in the EdTech sector
