Principal AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical obstacle: creating educational content that is simultaneously engaging and customized to the needs of individual learners. A vast array of generic, ineffective learning platforms saturates the market, making differentiation more essential than ever. Evidence shows that when educational resources fail to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences, engagement declines sharply, resulting in a deficit of effective learning outcomes. This burden falls heavily on educators, who must deliver high-quality, individualized instruction while navigating limited time and resources.

LearnWith.AI is addressing this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. We are not merely constructing AI tools—we are engineering AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-specific educational materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge repository that generates compelling, adaptive content at scale. This forward-thinking methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the horizons for AI applications in education, rendering learning more accessible, impactful, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to coding tasks or theoretical AI model development. Instead, you will spearhead efforts to redefine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity is not suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it is designed for driven innovators prepared to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible, real-world results.

As an integral contributor to our team, you will architect AI-driven educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You will employ LLMs as subject matter authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent learning assistants, guaranteeing that our AI produces content that is both substantive and transformative. If the prospect of using AI to revolutionize education excites you and you are prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we encourage you to connect with us.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and optimizing workflows in response to input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject matter authorities to create and sustain documents that capture specialized knowledge and distinctive organizational perspectives.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for business operations, maintaining efficient and scalable data architectures.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the competitive landscape by producing engaging and individualized educational content through AI-powered solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a software engineer
  • Proven professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (building a chatbot or utilizing basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Verifiable interest in EdTech
