Description

The EdTech industry confronts a significant obstacle: creating learning content that simultaneously captures student attention and adapts to individual learning requirements. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all, low-impact educational tools, making differentiation more critical than ever. Evidence shows that educational resources failing to resonate with learners or accommodate their distinct learning preferences result in substantial drops in engagement, producing a void in meaningful educational experiences. This burden falls heavily on teachers, who must deliver quality, individualized instruction within tight time and budgetary limitations.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging AI capabilities to transform content development. Our work goes beyond simply creating AI utilities—we engineer AI-powered ecosystems that produce dynamic, learner-centric educational materials. Envision an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as Science or History—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This forward-thinking methodology sets us apart in an oversaturated marketplace while redefining AI's educational potential, making learning more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs from conventional AI engineering roles. You won't be confined to programming tasks or theoretical AI model development. You'll spearhead the transformation of student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. This opportunity isn't suited for those who favor routine assignments or gradual enhancements—it's designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology toward tangible, real-world outcomes.

As an essential contributor to our organization, you'll architect AI-powered educational solutions with the capacity to reshape the learning environment. You'll employ LLMs as subject-matter specialists to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with both relevance and impact. If the prospect of using AI to transform education excites you and you're prepared to own initiatives that expand the limits of possibility, we're interested in speaking with you.

What you will be doing

  • Constructing Self-Improving AI Content Generation Architectures – Agent-based workflows that produce educational materials and continuously refine themselves through evaluation cycles and systematic experimentation.
  • Developing Evaluation Datasets & Experimental Frameworks – Carefully assembled datasets (inputs → anticipated outputs) and measurement protocols used to assess, benchmark, and enhance AI-generated content quality.
  • Engineering Context Packs – Organized knowledge structures that deliver domain-specific grounding and empower systems to produce precise, superior educational content across multiple subjects.

Key responsibilities

  • Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing engaging and individualized educational content through AI-driven tools

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Professional experience incorporating LLMs into a software product (experience with simple chatbot development or basic coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Experience delivering a production system where a self-improving agent directed the system's own evolution (e.g., created its own utilities, optimized its own reward mechanisms, etc.)
  • Experience assembling evaluation or regression datasets that guide self-improving systems and establishing quantifiable success metrics
  • Experience working with contemporary agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
