Description

Educational technology companies face a persistent challenge: creating learning content that genuinely engages students while adapting to their individual requirements. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all solutions that fail to deliver meaningful results. Evidence shows that educational materials lacking personalization or relevance to diverse learning approaches lead to dramatic decreases in student engagement, resulting in suboptimal learning outcomes. Educators bear the burden of these shortcomings, tasked with delivering customized, high-caliber instruction without adequate time or resources.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly through strategic application of artificial intelligence to transform content development. Our work extends beyond conventional AI tooling—we engineer AI-powered ecosystems that produce adaptive, learner-centric educational resources. Envision an intelligent "Second Brain" dedicated to disciplines such as History or Science—a sophisticated knowledge system that generates compelling, responsive content on demand. This methodology distinguishes us in a saturated marketplace and expands the frontier of AI applications in education, delivering learning experiences that are more inclusive, impactful, and engaging.

This position differs fundamentally from conventional AI engineering roles. Your work will transcend routine development tasks or theoretical model refinement. You'll spearhead initiatives that fundamentally alter student learning by architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows designed to deliver authentically personalized educational journeys. This opportunity is not suited for those seeking routine assignments or incremental optimization—it's designed for forward-thinking innovators determined to leverage advanced technology for measurable real-world outcomes.

In this pivotal role, you'll architect AI-powered educational platforms capable of reshaping how learning happens. You'll deploy large language models as specialized domain experts, constructing contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems that ensure our AI produces content with genuine substance and impact. If the prospect of applying AI to fundamentally reimagine education excites you, and you're prepared to assume ownership of initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting sophisticated prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Developing Knowledge Frameworks and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain authorities to create and sustain documentation that captures essential knowledge and proprietary organizational understanding.
  • Architecting data structures that deliver contextual reinforcement for core business logic, guaranteeing data models that are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Enable LearnWith.AI to distinguish itself in the competitive landscape by producing compelling, student-tailored educational content through advanced AI systems

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven track record integrating LLMs into production software products (basic chatbot development or use of simple coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Verifiable passion for educational technology
