Staff AI Engineer   $200,000 USD/year

Description

The EdTech industry confronts a critical issue: creating educational content that engages learners while addressing their individual requirements. Generic, low-impact learning platforms flood the market, making differentiation increasingly difficult. Studies show that educational resources failing to resonate with students or adjust to their distinct learning preferences result in sharp declines in engagement, leaving a void in meaningful learning outcomes. Educators bear the added burden of delivering personalized, high-quality instruction within limited time and budgets.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge directly by leveraging AI to transform content development. We are building AI-powered systems that produce dynamic, learner-centered educational materials—not merely AI utilities. Imagine an AI-enabled "Second Brain" for disciplines such as History or Science: an intelligent knowledge system that generates compelling, adaptive content on demand. This strategy sets us apart in a saturated marketplace and expands the frontier of AI application in education, rendering learning more effective, accessible, and engaging.

This is not a conventional AI engineering position. You will not be confined to programming tasks or theoretical model work. Instead, you will spearhead efforts to redefine student learning by architecting and deploying AI-driven workflows that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. If you favor routine assignments or gradual optimization, this role is not for you—it is designed for driven innovators ready to apply advanced technology to achieve tangible impact.

As an integral part of our team, you will architect AI-based educational solutions capable of reshaping the learning environment. You will employ LLMs as specialized domain authorities to construct contextual knowledge repositories and intelligent tutoring systems, guaranteeing that our AI produces content with depth and relevance. If the prospect of using AI to transform education excites you and you are prepared to own initiatives that challenge conventional limits, we want to connect with you.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-powered workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain specialists and end users.
  • Constructing knowledge repositories and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject-matter authorities to create and sustain documents that capture specialized knowledge and organizational intelligence.
  • Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual backing for business processes, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data architecture.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself within the competitive landscape by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI-powered solutions

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience
  • Proven professional experience embedding LLMs into software products (building chatbots or using basic coding assistants does not meet this requirement)
  • Demonstrated interest in the EdTech sector
