Description

Educational technology companies struggle to produce learning content that engages students while meeting their individual needs. The market is saturated with one-size-fits-all solutions that lack effectiveness, and studies show that generic materials fail to resonate with learners or accommodate diverse learning preferences. This disconnect leads to diminished student engagement and creates challenges for educators who must deliver personalized, high-quality instruction within limited time and resource budgets.

LearnWith.AI addresses this challenge by applying artificial intelligence to transform how educational content is created. Our focus extends beyond conventional AI tooling—we engineer intelligent systems that produce adaptive, individualized learning materials at scale. Imagine a subject-specific AI knowledge engine for disciplines like History or Science: a sophisticated repository that generates compelling, responsive content tailored to each student. This strategy positions us uniquely in a competitive landscape while expanding the role AI can play in education, enhancing accessibility, efficacy, and learner satisfaction.

This position diverges from typical AI engineering work. You will not be confined to routine coding tasks or theoretical model development. Your responsibility will be to drive innovation in student learning by architecting and deploying AI-powered systems that deliver genuinely personalized educational experiences. If you are drawn to incremental optimization or predictable assignments, this role is not the right fit—we seek forward-thinking engineers ready to leverage advanced technology for meaningful, real-world outcomes.

In this role, you will architect AI-enabled educational platforms with the capacity to reshape how learning occurs. You will utilize large language models as specialized domain advisors to construct contextual knowledge frameworks and intelligent tutoring systems, ensuring the AI produces content that is substantive and relevant. If the prospect of applying AI to redefine education excites you, and you are prepared to own initiatives that challenge existing limits, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

  • Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting effective prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.
  • Constructing Knowledge Frameworks and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as specialized domain authorities to create and maintain comprehensive documents that capture expertise and proprietary organizational knowledge.
  • Engineering and implementing data architectures that deliver contextual support for core business logic, ensuring data models are both efficient and scalable.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive LearnWith.AI's competitive differentiation by producing engaging, personalized educational content through advanced AI capabilities

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven experience integrating LLMs into production software products (basic chatbot development or use of simple coding assistants does not qualify)
  • Clear, demonstrable interest in the EdTech sector
