Description

We are seeking a full-stack engineer who operates at the convergence of product development, growth strategy, and automation. If you can identify and resolve complex issues efficiently, write robust Next.js/React code that withstands thorough regression testing, and orchestrate Firebase/GCP infrastructure while ensuring accurate attribution data flows from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, your contributions will directly enhance conversion tracking and reduce operational overhead.

Your core mission is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth infrastructure is fully measurable, and eliminate manual repetitive tasks through automation. We do not construct "platforms" as theoretical exercises. Instead, we connect engineering directly to marketing and product functions so that decisions are informed by instrumented conversion funnels. This translates to consistent deployments, real-time performance metrics, dependable tracking implementations, and rapid iteration cycles measured in days rather than weeks.

This position combines building with maintaining. You will serve as the individual who preserves foundational stability while enabling organizational velocity—delivering timely fixes, creating reusable processes or scripts to address recurring QA requirements, confirming changes through regression validation, and instrumenting user journeys to ensure insight accuracy. If you find fulfillment in tangible impact, accelerated learning, and transforming chaotic pipelines into streamlined systems that empower the entire team, this responsibility is yours to claim. Apply if you are prepared to take ownership of reliability, integrations, and the automation layer that accelerates the broader organization.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand the architecture, diagnose and fix bugs, and oversee QA and release protocols
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Implement and sustain marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Develop scripts and dashboards to maximize workload delegation to automated systems
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and refine Webflow and marketing properties

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product roadmaps or designing growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Engaging in complex system architecture design

Key responsibilities

  • Empower Growth and Product teams to execute with greater speed and efficiency by enhancing conversion visibility and minimizing operational friction

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience
  • Proven experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Background in maintaining a direct-to-consumer technology product serving live users
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and the GCP stack
  • Experience constructing Webflow websites and enabling A/B testing
