JavaScript Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

We're seeking a full-stack engineer focused on the convergence of product operations, growth infrastructure, and workflow automation. If you can troubleshoot complex bugs efficiently, build maintainable Next.js/React components that pass rigorous regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP to deliver accurate attribution signals from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, your contributions will directly enhance conversion tracking and reduce manual overhead.

Your mission is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth stack is measurable, and eliminate repetitive manual work through automation. We don't engineer systems for abstraction's sake. We connect engineering directly to marketing and product functions so that decisions rest on instrumented, data-driven funnels. This translates to stable deployments, real-time performance visibility, dependable tracking infrastructure, and rapid ship-to-impact cycles measured in days.

This role blends building with stewardship. You'll stabilize the foundation while accelerating team velocity—delivering fixes rapidly, creating reusable processes or scripts for recurring QA workflows, validating updates with regression coverage, and instrumenting user journeys so insights remain accurate. If you're energized by tangible impact, fast iteration, and the challenge of transforming fragmented pipelines into streamlined systems the organization depends on, take ownership. Apply if you're prepared to manage the reliability, integrations, and automation infrastructure that enables the rest of the company to execute faster.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand the architecture, troubleshoot defects, and perform QA and release validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing attribution and tracking infrastructure with Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and monitoring dashboards, maximizing the transfer of workload to automated processes
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and related marketing properties

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product roadmaps or executing growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architectures

Key responsibilities

  • Empower Growth and Product teams to work faster and more effectively by enhancing conversion visibility and minimizing operational overhead

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Working knowledge of Firebase and the Google Cloud stack
