Junior Full-Stack Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

We are looking for a practical full-stack engineer positioned at the convergence of product, growth, and automation. If you can troubleshoot complex issues quickly, write maintainable Next.js/React code that passes regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP to deliver accurate attribution data from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, your work will directly enhance conversion visibility and reduce operational overhead.

Your mission is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth engine is measurable, and eliminate manual work through automation. We do not build "platforms" as isolated exercises. We connect engineering directly to marketing and product so that instrumented funnels drive decisions. This means consistent releases, real-time performance data, dependable tracking, and fast ship-to-impact cycles measured in days.

This role centers on building and maintaining. You will be responsible for preserving the foundational integrity while accelerating delivery—deploying fixes efficiently, creating processes or scripts to address recurring QA needs, validating updates through regression tests, and instrumenting user journeys so insights remain accurate. If you are motivated by tangible impact, continuous learning, and the clarity of transforming a disorganized pipeline into a dependable system the entire team counts on, take ownership of this responsibility. Apply if you are prepared to manage the reliability, integrations, and automations that enable the organization to move with greater speed.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand system architecture, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and execute QA and release validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure using Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and dashboards, shifting as much of your workload as feasible to automated processes
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and marketing properties

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architectures

Key responsibilities

  • Empower the Growth and Product teams to work faster and with greater efficiency by enhancing conversion insights and minimizing operational burden

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrated experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Practical experience with Firebase and Google Cloud stack
