Description

We are looking for a practical full-stack engineer positioned at the convergence of product development, growth initiatives, and automation. If you can identify and resolve complex issues swiftly, build maintainable Next.js/React applications that withstand rigorous regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP infrastructure while ensuring accurate attribution through Meta Pixel and Google Tags, your contributions will directly enhance conversion tracking and reduce manual overhead.

Your objective is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth infrastructure is quantifiable, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation. We do not construct "platforms" as isolated endeavors. Instead, we connect engineering directly to marketing and product functions so that data-driven decisions emerge from well-instrumented funnels. This translates to dependable deployments, live performance metrics, trustworthy tracking mechanisms, and rapid ship-to-outcome cycles completed within days.

This position centers on building and maintaining systems. You will be responsible for preserving foundational stability while accelerating team velocity—deploying fixes efficiently, creating reusable processes or scripts for recurring QA requirements, confirming updates through regression testing, and instrumenting user journeys to ensure insights remain accurate. If you are energized by tangible results, continuous learning, and the reward of transforming fragmented workflows into refined systems the entire organization depends on, take ownership of this challenge. Apply if you are prepared to be accountable for the reliability, integrations, and automation that enable the rest of the team to execute faster.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand system architecture, troubleshoot defects, and execute QA and deployment validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing attribution and tracking infrastructure leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and monitoring dashboards, transitioning as much repetitive work as feasible to automated processes
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and marketing site functionality

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Designing complex systems

Key responsibilities

  • Empower the Growth and Product teams to work more quickly and effectively by enhancing conversion visibility and minimizing manual workload

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
  • Proven experience working with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Background maintaining a direct-to-consumer technology product serving active users
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and the GCP stack
  • Experience developing Webflow websites and supporting A/B testing initiatives
