Description

We are looking for a full-stack engineer who operates at the convergence of product, growth, and automation. If you can troubleshoot complex issues efficiently, write clean Next.js/React code that withstands regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP while ensuring reliable attribution data flows from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, you will deliver work that directly enhances conversion visibility and reduces operational overhead.

Your mission is straightforward: maintain core stability, ensure the growth engine is measurable, and eliminate manual work through automation. We do not build "platforms" as an end in themselves. We connect engineering directly to marketing and product so that decisions are informed by instrumented funnels. This means stable deployments, real-time performance metrics, dependable tracking, and rapid ship-to-impact cycles measured in days.

This is a builder and maintainer position. You will be the individual who ensures the foundation remains stable while enabling velocity—deploying fixes swiftly, creating processes or scripts for recurring QA requests, validating updates with regression tests, and instrumenting the user journey so insights remain trustworthy. If you excel at delivering visible impact, learning rapidly, and transforming a disorganized pipeline into a streamlined system the entire team depends on, take ownership of this responsibility. Apply if you are prepared to own the reliability, integrations, and automations that accelerate the rest of the organization.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand architecture, fix bugs, and manage QA and release procedures
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and maintain marketing tracking and attribution systems leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and dashboards, delegating as much of your workload as feasible to automated processes
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and marketing sites

What you will NOT be doing

  • Defining product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend systems from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architecture

Key responsibilities

  • Empower the Growth and Product teams to work faster and more effectively by enhancing conversion insights and decreasing operational burden

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and Google Cloud stack
