Description

We are seeking a full-stack engineer who operates at the convergence of product development, growth strategy, and automation workflows. If you can resolve complex technical issues efficiently, implement robust Next.js/React solutions that withstand rigorous regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP infrastructure while establishing dependable attribution pipelines via Meta Pixel and Google Tags, you will deliver outcomes that enhance conversion visibility and reduce manual overhead.

Your core objective is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth infrastructure remains measurable, and eliminate repetitive manual work through automation. We do not construct "platforms" as abstract exercises. Engineering is directly connected to marketing and product functions so that data-driven decisions emerge from fully instrumented funnels. This requires stable deployment cycles, real-time performance metrics, dependable tracking mechanisms, and rapid ship-to-impact feedback loops measured in days rather than weeks.

This position combines building with maintaining. You will be responsible for preserving foundational stability while accelerating team velocity—resolving issues promptly, creating processes or scripts to handle recurring QA needs, validating updates through regression suites, and instrumenting user journeys so that insights remain consistently accurate. If you value tangible impact, continuous learning, and the satisfaction of transforming fragmented workflows into streamlined systems the entire organization depends on, take ownership of this mandate. Apply if you are prepared to own reliability, integration quality, and the automation infrastructure that enables organizational speed.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand system architecture, diagnose and resolve defects, and execute QA and deployment validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and reporting dashboards, delegating as much recurring work as feasible to automated systems
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and marketing properties

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product roadmap direction or designing growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or constructing backend systems from the ground up
  • Architecting complex system designs

Key responsibilities

  • Empower Growth and Product teams to execute with greater speed and efficiency by enhancing conversion insight accuracy and minimizing operational burden

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Experience using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Experience maintaining a D2C tech product with live customers
  • Experience with Firebase and GCP stack
  • Experience building Webflow websites and facilitate A/B testing
