Description

We are looking for a full-stack engineer who operates at the crossroads of product, growth, and automation. If you can troubleshoot complex problems efficiently, deliver robust Next.js/React implementations that hold up under regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP to work seamlessly with accurate attribution data from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, you will deliver work that directly enhances conversion visibility and reduces operational overhead.

Your core mission is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth engine is fully measurable, and eliminate manual work through automation. We do not create "platforms" as an end in themselves. We connect engineering directly to marketing and product teams so that decisions are informed by instrumented funnels. This requires stable deployments, real-time performance metrics, dependable tracking, and rapid ship-to-impact cycles measured in days.

This role blends building with maintaining. You will be the engineer who ensures foundational stability while enabling speed—delivering fixes promptly, creating processes or scripts to handle recurring QA needs, validating updates through regression testing, and instrumenting user journeys so that insights remain accurate. If you are motivated by tangible impact, fast-paced learning, and the satisfaction of transforming a fragmented pipeline into a reliable system the entire team depends on, take ownership of this responsibility. Apply if you are prepared to own the reliability, integrations, and automations that accelerate the rest of the organization.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand the architecture, troubleshoot bugs, and manage QA and release workflows
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and maintain tracking and attribution systems using Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and dashboards, automating as much of your recurring workload as possible
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and improve Webflow and marketing sites

What you will NOT be doing

  • Setting product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend systems from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architectures

Key responsibilities

  • Empower the Growth and Product teams to move faster and work more efficiently by enhancing conversion insights and minimizing operational burden

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Experience maintaining a D2C tech product serving live customers
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and the GCP stack
  • Experience building Webflow websites and supporting A/B testing
