Full Stack Developer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

We are looking for a pragmatic full-stack engineer positioned at the nexus of product, growth, and operational automation. Your role is to diagnose difficult bugs quickly, write resilient Next.js/React code that withstands regression testing, and configure Firebase/GCP environments to ensure accurate attribution flows from Meta Pixel and Google Tags. The work you deliver will directly enhance conversion tracking and reduce manual overhead.

The objective is straightforward: maintain system integrity, ensure growth metrics are observable, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks through automation. We do not create infrastructure for the sake of complexity. Engineering connects directly to marketing and product objectives, enabling data-driven decisions through instrumented conversion funnels. This means consistent deployments, real-time performance visibility, dependable event tracking, and tight feedback cycles measured in days rather than weeks.

This position centers on building and sustaining. You are the engineer who secures the technical foundation while accelerating team productivity—deploying fixes promptly, creating reusable scripts for recurring QA scenarios, confirming changes through regression suites, and instrumenting user journeys so analytics remain accurate. If you are motivated by measurable outcomes, continuous learning, and transforming fragmented workflows into streamlined systems that the organization depends on, this responsibility is yours to take. Apply if you are prepared to own reliability, integrations, and the automation infrastructure that accelerates organizational progress.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand existing architecture, troubleshoot defects, and execute QA and deployment validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and monitoring dashboards, transferring as much recurring work as feasible to automated processes
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Uphold and improve Webflow and marketing site functionality

What you will NOT be doing

  • Defining product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architectures

Key responsibilities

  • Empower Growth and Product teams to execute with greater speed and efficiency by enhancing conversion visibility and minimizing operational overhead

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrated proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and Google Cloud stack
