Junior Software Engineer   $60,000 USD/year

Description

We are seeking a practical full-stack engineer positioned at the convergence of product, growth, and automation. If you can diagnose complex issues quickly, build robust Next.js/React code that withstands regression testing, and orchestrate Firebase/GCP infrastructure while ensuring accurate attribution data flows from Meta Pixel and Google Tags, you will deliver work that directly enhances conversion visibility and reduces operational overhead.

Your core mission is straightforward: maintain system stability, ensure the growth engine is measurable, and eliminate manual work through automation. We do not construct "platforms" as abstract exercises. We connect engineering directly to marketing and product so that instrumented funnels inform every decision. This means dependable releases, real-time performance data, accurate tracking, and rapid ship-to-impact cycles completed within days.

This role combines building with maintaining. You will be responsible for preserving foundational stability while enabling the team to move faster—deploying fixes promptly, creating processes or scripts for recurring QA needs, confirming changes through regression tests, and instrumenting user journeys so insights remain reliable. If you are energized by tangible impact, accelerated learning, and transforming chaotic pipelines into dependable systems the entire team trusts, this is your opportunity. Apply if you are prepared to own the reliability, integrations, and automations that accelerate the entire organization.

What you will be doing

  • Core System Maintenance: Understand the architecture, troubleshoot bugs, and execute QA and release validation
  • Marketing Tool Integrations: Develop and sustain marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure leveraging Meta Pixel and Google Tags
  • Automation: Create scripts and dashboards, delegating as much repetitive work as feasible to automated systems
  • Growth & Marketing Website Support: Support and refine Webflow and marketing websites

What you will NOT be doing

  • Establishing product strategy or running growth experiments
  • Developing entirely new features or backend architectures from the ground up
  • Designing complex system architectures

Key responsibilities

  • Empower Growth and Product teams to execute faster and more effectively by enhancing conversion insights and minimizing operational burden

Candidate requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
  • Demonstrated experience with TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Node
  • Hands-on experience with Firebase and the Google Cloud stack
