We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-layer products. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position operates as a player-coach model: half your time spent hands-on implementing high-complexity features, the other half devoted to mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional approach, and accelerate engineer development. Team results fall under your accountability, extending beyond individual contribution.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. You provide technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
