We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and execution across our app-level product portfolio. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position balances leadership with execution: you will spend 50% of your time directly implementing sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your engineers. You define quality expectations, create architectural precedent, conduct code reviews with a developmental lens, and accelerate engineer growth. Accountability rests on collective team results, not solely individual contributions.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management belongs elsewhere.
