We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications used by thousands of students.
Potential products include:
This is a player-coach position: 50% direct contribution to complex feature development, 50% team coaching and enablement. You define quality benchmarks, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional feedback, and support engineer development. You own team results, not solely your individual output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. You provide technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
