We're seeking Technical Team Leads to take ownership of quality and delivery across our application-level products. You'll guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position combines individual contribution with leadership: you'll spend 50% building sophisticated features yourself and 50% mentoring and supporting your team. Your role includes defining quality expectations, creating technical patterns, conducting instructional code reviews, and fostering engineer development. Team results, not just personal output, fall under your responsibility.
You'll work with a lean team structure, exercise significant ownership, and operate without administrative overhead. Your focus is technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
