We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery for our application-layer products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications serving thousands of students.

This position is a hybrid player-coach model: 50% direct contribution to complex feature development, 50% mentorship and team enablement. You define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct instructional code reviews, and support engineer development. Accountability extends to collective team results, not solely individual output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management is handled separately.
