We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery across our application-level product suite. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications serving thousands of students.

This position combines individual contribution with leadership: you will spend 50% of your time hands-on implementing sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional approach, and facilitate engineer development. You own team-level results, not solely your individual output.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal process overhead. Your focus is technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
