We are seeking Engineering Leads to ensure quality and delivery across our application-level products. You will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position balances two core functions: 50% direct contribution to sophisticated feature development, 50% mentoring and enabling your engineers. You define quality expectations, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional feedback, and support professional development. Your accountability extends to the team's collective outcomes, beyond individual code contributions.
Compact team structure, significant ownership, minimal administrative overhead. Your focus is technical leadership; people management is handled separately.
