We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own delivery and quality for our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position blends individual contribution with leadership: you will spend 50% of your time building sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and supporting your team. Your role includes defining quality expectations, creating technical patterns, conducting code reviews with an educational lens, and fostering engineer development. Team success—not just personal output—is your measure of accountability.
Expect high autonomy, minimal process overhead, and a focused team structure. Technical leadership is yours; people management responsibilities lie elsewhere.
