We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and execution across our application-layer products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position is structured as a player-coach model: you will spend 50% of your time implementing sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your engineers. Your role is to define quality benchmarks, create technical patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional intent, and facilitate engineer development. Accountability extends to team-wide results, not solely individual contributions.
You will operate in a lean environment with substantial ownership and minimal process overhead. Technical leadership is your domain; people management functions are handled separately.
