We are seeking Technical Team Leads to oversee quality and delivery for our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers developing educational applications that serve thousands of students.

This position operates as a player-coach: 50% direct contribution to building sophisticated features, 50% mentoring and empowering your team members. You establish the quality benchmark, define technical patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional commentary, and facilitate engineer development. Team results are your accountability, not solely individual code contributions.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal administrative overhead. Your focus is technical leadership; personnel management is handled separately.
