We are seeking Technical Team Leads to own quality and delivery across our application-layer products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers as they develop educational applications serving thousands of students.
Potential products in your scope:
This position operates as a player-coach: you will spend 50% of your time constructing sophisticated features and 50% developing and empowering your team. You define the quality threshold, introduce architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with an instructional lens, and cultivate engineer capability. Your accountability extends to collective team results, not solely individual contributions.
