We are seeking Technical Team Leads to ensure excellence in quality and delivery for our application-level products. In this role, you will guide a compact team of 3-5 engineers who build educational applications serving thousands of students.
Potential products in your portfolio:
This position operates as a player-coach model: you will spend 50% of your time hands-on developing sophisticated features and 50% mentoring and empowering your team. You define quality expectations, create architectural patterns, conduct code reviews with instructional commentary, and cultivate engineer growth. Team results fall under your responsibility, not merely your individual contributions.
Lean team structure, substantial ownership, minimal administrative overhead. Your focus is technical leadership; personnel management is handled separately.
