What you will be doing

  • Crafting and developing cutting-edge AI automations to enhance processes, boost productivity, and deliver robust, scalable solutions across various applications
  • Exploring state-of-the-art AI tools like GPT-4 Vision and Amazon CodeWhisperer, and integrating them into our development process to evaluate and improve their effectiveness
  • Assessing and optimizing AI solution implementations across different infrastructures, such as AWS, to ensure flawless performance and integration

What you will NOT be doing

  • Traditional coding - our AI handles the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on innovation and strategy
  • Being bogged down by repetitive tasks - each problem is unique

Key responsibilities

Designing and deploying complex, fully-automated AI systems that operate without human intervention, ensuring scalable impact

Candidate requirements

  • AI-First Mindset (if your initial approach is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance it, this role may not be for you)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • Expertise in Python and AWS
  • Knowledge of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
  • Proven experience in implementing Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative impact
  • Experience in utilizing various LLMs through their APIs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) for solving business challenges
