What you will be doing

  • Architect and implement advanced AI automations that deliver measurable productivity gains across diverse enterprise applications

  • Implementing repetitive solutions—each challenge requires novel approaches and creative problem-solving
  • Navigating bureaucratic approval processes—we prioritize rapid iteration and direct implementation
  • Creating theoretical AI models without practical application—every solution must deliver quantifiable business impact

Key responsibilities

Architect and deploy fully autonomous AI systems that operate without human intervention, creating exponential productivity gains that scale across enterprise operations

Candidate requirements

  • Demonstrated AI-first development approach—you must instinctively leverage AI tools as your primary solution method rather than conventional coding
  • Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Advanced Python proficiency and comprehensive AWS platform knowledge
  • Extensive experience with GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
  • Proven track record implementing Generative AI solutions with quantifiable business impact
  • Demonstrated expertise leveraging multiple LLM platforms (GPT, Claude, Mistral) through their APIs to solve complex business challenges
