Description

Forget traditional executive support—this is strategic force multiplication. As an Executive Business Partner at Trilogy, you'll architect and own the systems that transform a senior executive's capacity. Your mission: eliminate noise, demolish bottlenecks, and preserve their cognitive bandwidth for decisions that matter.

This isn't about managing a calendar—it's about mastering the alchemy of turning scattered executive thinking into polished deliverables, shielding precious time with strategic calendar defense, and handling complex logistics with unflappable precision. One moment you're crafting board-level communications, the next you're executing time-sensitive logistics with surgical efficiency.

You'll operate within the private office of a Trilogy senior executive, where bureaucracy doesn't exist and excellence is the baseline. In a company built for elite builders and operators, your role is pivotal: you're the guardian of an executive's most irreplaceable asset—their time.

If you've built a reputation as the invisible hand behind executive effectiveness, orchestrated seamless operations for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, or become known as the person who makes impossible things happen without fanfare, we should talk.

What you will be doing

  • Orchestrating a high-velocity executive ecosystem—inbox management, calendar optimization, and frictionless travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Transforming executive thinking (notes, voice recordings, bullet points) into pristine written assets: compelling memos, polished presentations, and concise briefs.
  • Engineering and sustaining robust operating systems for workflow management, vendor relationships, logistics coordination, and travel execution.
  • Spearheading confidential personal and professional initiatives from conception through execution, including planning and vendor management.
  • Serving as the executive's primary interface with internal leadership, investors, strategic advisors, and family office stakeholders.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Passively awaiting direction—this position demands proactive judgment and autonomous decision-making.
  • Functioning within a traditional EA structure—you own outcomes directly, not processes.
  • Navigating layers of management—you'll have direct executive access and communication.
  • Seeking permissions through bureaucratic channels—you'll operate with trust and autonomy.
  • Inheriting inefficient systems—you'll be the architect responsible for building better ones.

Key responsibilities

Maximize executive impact by designing and maintaining comprehensive systems for time optimization, communication excellence, and flawless project execution across both business imperatives and personal priorities.

Candidate requirements

  • 8–12+ years of proven experience in high-performance executive support roles (EA, EBP, Chief of Staff) or elite client services for UHNW individuals.
  • Superior written communication capabilities with versatility across formats and impeccable professional polish.
  • Demonstrated excellence managing integrated professional and personal workflows for a single executive principal.
  • Advanced proficiency with contemporary productivity ecosystems including Google Workspace, Shortwave, Notion, and Workflowy.
  • Impeccable discretion and composure when handling confidential information; NDA experience essential.
  • Current Austin residence or willingness to relocate quickly; regular in-person presence is non-negotiable.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Prior family office or private office operational experience.
  • Background in event management, property administration, or vendor relationship coordination.
  • Financial acumen—comfortable managing budgetary processes, invoice workflows, and related documentation.
  • Advanced research capabilities and information synthesis skills; able to produce high-caliber deliverables under tight deadlines.
