What you will be doing

  • AI-Powered Customer Experience Optimization Framework: Develop and refine an AI-driven framework to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by continuously analyzing and updating customer data and feedback.
  • AI-Enhanced Account Management Strategies: Implement AI tools to personalize and adjust account management strategies based on real-time customer metrics and predictive analytics.
  • Automated Marketing Ecosystem: Build and optimize an automated AI-powered marketing system to deliver personalized, timely content that boosts engagement and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

  • Increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue, while reducing marketing spend, by integrating AI technology into our marketing workflows

Candidate requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a marketing team for a B2B software company
  • At least 3 years of experience with HubSpot
  • Professional experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
