Description

Are you an experienced C# developer? Do you enjoy solving the toughest tickets and building permanent solutions to customer problems? If so, you may have what it takes to join our top-notch team.

At IgniteTech, we are reinventing the B2B software industry. Our “Netflix for Enterprise Software” model is changing the game for how enterprises buy software, and great customer experiences are essential as we continue to grow our library of innovative solutions.

In this role, you will deliver advanced troubleshooting for B2B software in a fast-paced agile environment, providing mission-critical improvements for enterprise applications. If you are passionate about the rapidly advancing cloud technology and SaaS spaces, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Troubleshooting customer issues to identify the root cause and provide permanent solutions that address it
  • Developing technical expertise across various products from our portfolio through modular training materials

What you will NOT be doing

  • Working with one single product or technology all the time (boring!)
  • Copy-pasting routine knowledge base answers

Key responsibilities

Facilitating a great customer experience by delivering permanent, fully-tested, root cause level solutions

Candidate requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional C# coding experience
  • Available to work 60% of the week in the 9am to 5pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) window
