In this role, you will be the artistic force behind our visual communications, shaping digital campaigns, print materials, and more to present our revolutionary educational approach. Your designs will not only tell our brand’s story but also play a key role in attracting students and positioning Alpha as an industry leader.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborating with marketing and content teams to create digital and print assets that align with Alpha’s brand identity.
  • Designing and producing a variety of materials such as brochures, social media graphics, and presentation visuals.
  • Simplifying complex educational concepts into clear, engaging graphics for diverse audiences.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all meet deadlines and maintain high design quality.
  • Staying current with design trends and technology to keep Alpha’s visuals fresh and impactful.

What you will NOT be doing

  • Navigating through unclear brand guidelines; Alpha provides clear direction and collaborative support.
  • Being siloed; you will have ample collaboration opportunities across various teams and departments.
  • Focusing solely on social media; you’ll be involved in a variety of digital and print projects to diversify your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Develop visually compelling materials that embody Alpha’s brand identity, helping to engage and inform diverse audiences, and directly contributing to our innovative educational mission.

Candidate requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, working across both digital and print media, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva.
  • Demonstrated ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines, focusing on typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously, with a track record of meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
