Are you driven by the desire to reshape the future? At Alpha Schools, we're pioneering a new era of education, and we're seeking a Youth Counselor who is ready to inspire and lead the charge at our Brownsville, Texas campus.
What you will be doing
- Designing and leading engaging workshops that empower students with practical life skills such as public speaking and entrepreneurship.
- Energizing students with daily motivation sessions to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Implementing proven strategies to ensure students reach their full academic and personal potential.
- Developing personalized motivational plans with students to foster a culture of self-driven success.
What you will NOT be doing
- Conducting traditional classroom teaching; instead, you'll leverage innovative apps to enhance learning.
- Administering discipline through punishment; you'll create a positive, respectful environment through logic and encouragement.

Candidate requirements
- Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX. Relocation assistance is available.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.

- A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K-8th grade students.
- Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
