This is education reimagined: students learn twice as much in half the time through mastery-based methods that develop both academic excellence and essential life skills.
This in-person role at our Brownsville campus demands someone exceptional—a dynamic leader who can inspire young minds to exceed their own expectations. Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
What you will be doing
- Design and lead transformative workshops that develop critical skills from public speaking to entrepreneurship, creating genuine "I can do this!" moments for students
- Conduct powerful daily motivation sessions that establish ambitious goals and the mindset required to achieve them
- Execute proven success frameworks ensuring every student meets or exceeds rigorous academic and personal development targets
- Craft personalized motivation strategies that cultivate intrinsic excellence and self-directed achievement
What you will NOT be doing
- Delivering conventional classroom instruction—our students master core subjects through adaptive technology while you elevate their learning journey
- Implementing punitive discipline measures—instead, you'll cultivate an environment of respect and engagement through logical consequences and positive reinforcement
- Managing administrative paperwork that diverts focus from student development—our systems are designed to maximize your impact on student growth
- Working in isolation—you'll be part of a tight-knit, mission-driven team committed to educational transformation
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor's degree (field of study open)
- Demonstrated history of applying growth mindset principles to achieve exceptional performance
